When my van died 2 weeks before I was set to move to a new city, J&J took it in without hesitation to help diagnose the problem and work to see if it could be repaired in such a limited time frame, despite this already being a very busy time of year for the company. Their receptionist was absolutely phenomenal! She patiently listened to me describe the issues, took my concerns seriously (and became my new bff) in just a couple phone calls. J&J kept me informed of everything that they were doing and with an accurate timeline. Unfortunately my issue couldn’t be resolved as quickly as I needed, but I’m sure if it was possible they would have had me up and running, good as new! Recommended to anyone looking for automotive help in Kingston!

This is my first time being here…I had an ebrake seize on my jeep and was in a panic…my jeep sounded like a was screeching my nails down a black board…I was on the highway passing Kingston and called my friend and she referred me to this business and I fully understand why she did! They are an excellent Auto shop…I came in just after 4pm and they closed at 5 Sabrina and the Owner were both Amazing! He was able to release the ebrake for me and we scheduled an appointment to have everything fixed proper as soon as possible If you need an Awesome Auto shop…this is your place!! I recommend it as fully as my friend recommended it to me!!

Absolutely delightful experience. The communication is very thorough - you can even get text / email updates on your services. Sabrina, my receptionist and new best friend, is so cheerful and explained everything in a way that I could understand. She is very knowledgeable and helped me through my process as the only thing I know about cars is how to drive them. My service was much cheaper than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I was driving my car again within two days, and everything feels great. I have peace of mind, and a new go-to mechanic. I will be back for all my car needs.

A very friendly and efficient auto shop. I had an 8 AM appointment for front brakes. I arrived just before 8. The needed parts had been delivered. The estimated time for the job was an hour and half. I left and arrived back at 9:30 AM as my truck was being parked. Job completed. Cost was as estimated and lower than the bigger auto repair shops. Second time using J&J Auto and very satisfied.

We were in dire need for a trailer tire to be repaired. They went out of their way to accommodate me and get ot repaired immediately after their lunch hour was done. Additionally, all the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and understanding of our situation. I highly recommend their services.

Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to get me back on the road. At the end my latest 2500 km drive my van urgently needed its breaks replaced. They got me in the same week and my vehicle back to me on the same day of drop off! Fantastic!
