Booked an appointment in advance which was rearranged by Amerie on the day. She Text on the day of my new appointment that they would need to change it again. Explained I was going out and she said they would sort it. No call & no message. Sent a text this morning to be told they hope someone turns up late and to get there for 1230. Received text at 12.08 saying the client has turned up and not to come. Absolutely appalling customer service. If this is how you treat new clients I’m shocked you’re still in business. Abysmal!!!!! Avoid at all costs. In answer to your response - I’ll politely decline your “freebie”. I didn’t know the reasons behind the cancellations, nor do you know what is going on in my life. I would suggest better communication with your clients rather than the lack of respect I received that could have ruined what I had planned, but didn’t as I had rearranged my appointment on the Friday evening - thankfully!!!!!!

If there was 10 stars I would give for this salon . They are the best in Yorkshire and beyond!! Recently they have had a dear member of staff who took critically ill ....and jenny you have been incredible to keep the salon going under such sad and hard times...you truly are the most professional and best salon I've ever been to ...well everyone knows that about you anyway but how you've coped under such sad circumstances is just to be commended. It’s so, so good here that quite honestly(& selfishly!) I’m not sure I want everyone to know There is no warmer welcome, there are no kinder and more hilarious ladies than in here. What Jenny does isn’t just my eyes… it’s my whole self confidence. It’s the hub of the community and always buzzing with such a variety of lovely customers. Jenny & the team are fabulous!! My lashes are the best lashes I have ever had ... been going for years now & wouldn't go anywhere else. My daughter loves her eyebrows and Jenny and being only 14 you have to the find the right place to look after them ... wouldn't trust anywhere else now ! Absolutely brilliant service, these ladies are incredible! It’s like a beauty salon and comedy night in one! My mouth actually ached when I left purely from laughing so much! To top it off they are absolutely amazing at lashes and fantastic value!!! Would recommend this place to anyone- it’s the best I’ve visited by far. I would give them 6 stars if I could :)

Jenny and Amelie often do my lashes and are by far the best quality I’ve ever had done. They are quick and efficient and always really lovely to me. Absolutely LOVE getting my lashes done by Jenny, she’s is so talented and amazing at what she does!! Have been coming to her for the last 7 years and do not regret it one bit. Was happy with my eyelash extensions but wanted advice on whether I could have them removed and have an LVL lash treatment at the same time. Phoned many times, no one answered (understandable, busy salon) However, left two separate voicemails requesting a call back and have had no response. Is your phone line broken?

First time I've ever had lash inserts and they look great another thing ticked off my bucket list. They do manicures gel nails etc as well as waxing my daughter is going back for gel nails this week highly recommend them there is wheelchair access
