Terrible! They all come into your home with attitudes. They don't want to be there. They made smart remarks on the way coming in and on the way out. My father was in excruitiating pain, they came in and gave their opinion and told us they were not taking him to the hospital. The call was placed to them around 4am. They suggested otc meds that could not purchased at that hour. They basically didnt feel like taking him to the hospital so they didnt. Told my father to wait it out. This incident occurred on the morning of Austust 21st. The group as a whole were extremely unprofessional and had no regaurd for my father and what he was truly going through that night. It is my honest opinion that no one in that group has the capacity to be in the medical feild. No compassion, no bedside manners.

Prior to last night I've never had an issue with this particular station,but last night theyhave is horrible service, very unprofessional and have us their personal opinion on what they thought about the situation. My so was In alot of pain and they act like they didn't care and didn't know what to do. I didn't appreciate the young lady and her expressions about the situation. You guys have been there for my father and have taken care of him in the past, last night was uncalled for, who cares if you've never heard of locked jaw your business was only to take care of the patient nothing else but you chose to voice your personal opinions in it. NOT GOOD!!! I'm in the medical field and your bedside manners really SUCK!

We've lived in our home since 1989. We had to call rescue twice, 1st in 2012 and last April 2021. Both times they were here within minutes. Both times my husband fell and broke same leg. We really appreciate all that they do.

Customer service is good. All the staff members are professional and very friendly.
