Fantastic shopping experience at Jewellry Boutique WEM. Flew in from Winnipeg on a trip and found this store in the West Edmonton Mall. Met the owner:Hieu Vo and dealt with him personally. He got me the exact chain I wanted and even helped get it customized at a great price!! Very great guy to deal with and will definitely have any and all of my jewellery business moving forward. Overall fantastic experience! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for jewellery (either in Edmonton or anywhere as he ships orders and is a trustworthy guy to deal with) to go see Hieu at Jewellery Boutique WEM for a great shopping experience and a great price. Horrible customer service. Showing attitude to customers for asking for the weight of a silver jewelry piece demonstrates that these employees are not professional jewelry sales representatives. They need further training. Also, when you exchange a annoyed look to your co-worker because you think the customer is bothering you it tells everyone that you hate your job and you rather be somewhere else. And yes, customers can see your unprofessional attitude. There is a beautiful little family owned jewelry store beside the T&T that offer similar products and amazing customer service. They also answer all questions with a smile unlike employees at this store that obviously have no patience for customers.

Hieu Vo is an excellent jeweler!!! He treats his customers like friends and builds a relationship where his focus is on making sure you're happy when leave and feel good about your purchases. He puts great care into service and quality. He can do anything with your old jewelry or create what you want from what he has in store personalized to you. We purchased necklaces a watch and engagement ring set from him with the best prices and craftsmanship around. You feel welcome and not pressured in any way. We also want to thank Kevin his staff who was very helpful kind and genuine. Just a wonderful experience there. It's the only jewelry store I'll be going to from now on.! Thank you!

My man got me my engagement ring from here. We live on the eastside of the city so it's a 30min drive to WEM. I was getting my ring sized. They told me it would be done by the end of the day I was unable to pick it up that same day so I went back the next night to get it because it was supposed be done.... well it wasn't!!!!!!! The lady then asked me to wait 30min- 1hour so they could size it..... by that point after driving 30min in the snow I was not happy at all. It should have been done!!!!! Don't buy your jewelry from this place. They do not put their customers first!!!! Oh and one of the diamonds on my ring is smaller then the rest!!!!!!! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!!!!!!

Dylan is your man to see for the best jewelry prices in town. Really excellent customer service and value. You could buy brand name jewelry and pay for the label or you can buy from these guys and pay the actual value of the gold and labour and not any crazy mark ups. They own another store called HP jewellers in the mall and they have some pretty good sales on right now. (I was just browsing on Friday.) I bought a 26 inch 72 gram mens 10k gold chain for 1/3 the price other jewelry places were selling the same piece for. My bf loves it! And I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. All the negative reviews are probably jealous name brand jewellers lol.

Got a ring from here, they told us to pick it up in a few days so they could do a Satin finish. They told us the sale is final since we are doing the Satin finish. We picked it up and it didn't look great in store but once we got to really inspect it we noticed the ring is completely scratched on the inside and is not polished at all on the inside or outside. It looks like a rush job was cheaply done with no care at all. Now we are stuck with a ring that looks horrible and cannot be returned and we will be buying a new ring somewhere else. What a waste of money.

My necklace broke unexpectedly. I decided to try this new jewellery place out at the mall. They did a great job! However, my necklace broke again from a different spot. I took my necklace back to the same place, because they provided great service the first time. The sweet owner Hieu, didn’t charge me this time. I was so shocked because you can’t expect this generosity from any business! I will definitely be returning to make a bigger purchases. Thank you to Hieu and his team at WEM!

I have been going to this store since 2015, a little late to give review, and I guilty for it. Mr. Hieu the owner is great person. We have bought lot of jewelry there from him. Great service and great deals he provides. He is always doing service on my engagement ring if anything happens to it. I would highly recommend shopping here. They have 2 store HP jewelry is also theirs and I have shopped there as well. Definitely meet Mr. Hieu there and you will know how good he is.

I went to this store to hopefully find the exact same chain I had, didn’t end up finding the exact but still ended up getting one, the service I got was great he definitely knew what he was talking about and easy to work with, he showed me a lot of different options and gave me a great deal, I got the chain cut as well and got told it would take up to 45 minutes to cut and hit a call 15 minutes later saying I could pick it up. Great job definitely coming back in the future

Buyer Beware - We had purchased a wedding band from Jewellery Boutique that was on sale/clearance. The salesmen were nice, BUT the quality of the jewellery is definitely lacking. A white gold, thick band, no diamonds. It CRACKED in multiple places in just over a week. I’m not a blue collar worker, my hands do not go under anymore than just typical stress. Disappointing, frustrating and worse still, no refund policy, exchange only. Once again, BUYER BEWARE.

If I could give more stars to this store, I would. My mother in law and her sister from the states had multiple jewelry pieces that needed fixing. Hieu did such an amazing job in such a short amount of time I'm a customer for life! My mother-in-law and her sister were blown away by his craftsmanship. Superb! Experienced, polite, knowledgeable, and incredible prices. This store is a must for all jewelry lovers. I will be back to make multiple more purchases

I had my Swarovski necklace and bracelet repaired at this place. It was a hardware repair. Most jewelry stores don’t repair on the premises, they send it to the head office for a quote and it takes 4 to 6 weeks. If you want same day or so repair don’t waste your time going anywhere else but to the Jewellery Boutique in the WEM. Fast, quality service and fairly priced. Highly recommend it.

This is my second purchase with Hieu and his staff at the Boutique, and I couldn’t be happier thus far. Custom piece, with attention to detail and every effort to ensure it’s exactly what I want! Can’t wait to see this piece upon completion, and rave about it more! Would recommend anyone in the market for something big or small to speak with the Jewelry Boutique first!

I stopped by to take a look and moments later I've decided to get a couple of custom rings made by Hieu. He's professional and a very knowledgeable jeweller. Not only that he is super nice and very easy to talk to. He explained the who process to us and showed us some samples. Which was very helpful! I cannot wait to see the final products! Amazing service with on site clocksmith. Which I found it is becoming a rarity. All I need was a watch battery changed out. Called around and was sadly disappointed. That was until I tried the Jewellery Boutique. Fantastic personable staff that were happy to help. Fair prices, backed by impressive warranties. Worth checking out ladies & gentlemen.

The place was huge and has a large selection of great quality jewelries. The store sometimes has a good sale happening. I like the design of their rings, watches and necklaces. The staff were gentle, kind and understanding similar to other jewelry stores here at Edmonton but still their products seem amazing.

So this is my personal experience.. I had bought and put a chain for layover and forgot about it..after 1 year and 6 months went back and they still had it packed and never gave me a hassle or problem.Hieu was so accommodating.i definitely would recommend doing with this place
