We had always wanted to get an outdoor spa to spoil ourselves from the time we moved into our latest home 15 years ago. Having a conversation with Sales Manager Kumar from Cheltenham together with his professionalism and all round knowledge of spas convinced me we were on the right track. Kumar helped us every step of the way from recommendation of the most popular model Monsoon Advantage with all trims, i.e., lighting and Wi-Fi, through to delivery at our door, and we got to know each other on a personal level which helped to make the process smoother. Kumar also helped with discounts for Spa Treatment and other perks, and made it worthwhile. Only issue we had was with a screw that detached itself from the filter housing at the top of the spa (not submersed), which has to be siliconed down, and maybe the lack of a detailed and dedicated user manual for the spa. However, even here, Kumar was always ever so helpful with many a phone call helping to resolve issues along the way. We have just used our spa for the first time last week, and are very happy to report that the investment is well worth it! Thanks Just Spas.

I decided to purchase and install a freestanding spa just as Melbourne was opening up initially after stage 3 restrictions in time for my son's limited people of 20, expecting allowance of 50, 21st Birthday on 15 July which obviously did not end up happening at all.... Notwithstanding this we proceeded with the purchase and found Kumar and staff at Just Spas Cheltenham to be extremely helpful, generous and unconditionally supportive with all enquiries and questions. The project became a valued interest in the circumstances and we have used the spa continuously since the purchase. We have had lots of nights in the rain, just chatting, laughing and making the best of difficult times for all. The quality of the spa is amazing and we have found it just right for our circumstances. Would recommend anyone wanting a spa, not purchase until they have visited Just Spas Cheltenham.

Can’t recommend Janine and the team at just spas Cheltenham highly enough. They stood high above any other swim spa company we dealt with and made the entire experience of purchasing a swim spa seamless and easy. The reason we choose just spas Cheltenham was they always made things happen. Like getting a swim spa delivered prior to Xmas! No stress, always available for any questions and after delivery have been amazing with advice and tips and tricks . Janine even organised numbers of recommendations for tow truck drivers and sparky, all of which were professional and cheaper than anyone else we looked at. If your looking for a business that does what they say, are not pushy with sales and know their stuff then look no further. We love our swim Spa, it’s the best investment we have made for relaxation and family time

I purchased a V-Stream 2 swim spa with 14kw heater earlier this year, and had the pleasure of dealing with Jodie at both the Hallam and Cheltenham stores. Jodie put me in touch with Matt at Swimco, who then handled the A-Z installation including decking. I also dealt with Kumar towards the end of the process. My experience with Just Spas was nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend them. Jodie and Kumar were fantastic, as was their recommended installer Swimco. The V-Stream is fantastic as it suits all needs (deep enough for kids to use it as a plunge pool, people of any age can use the swim jets for fitness, and it has 6 seats for the adults to enjoy the spa jets).

Kumar is the face/voice of Just Spas Cheltenham and I commend him on his wonderful, prompt and friendly customer service. Even during difficult times of COVID-19 I was able to call, discuss, pay and have a spa delivered within a space of 2 days even living 100km+ away. The transaction was simple and effortless. I rang stores in closer proximity on more than one occasion and the phone wasn’t answered. In hindsight I’m thankful for that. I wish Kumar every success in his business. I can highly recommend Just Spas Cheltenham and ecourange you to make him your first point of call even if it’s not your closest store.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our Twister Advantage spa from Just Spas Cheltenham. Kumar was extremely helpful right from the beginning with problem solving any questions we had regarding delivery, council requirements, set up prior to the spa arrival and advice on the spa operations and maintenance once installed. The spa and its speakers can be controlled via Bluetooth which makes it all so easy to adjust settings and functions. We now enjoy a soak in the spa frequently throughout the week and couldn’t be happier. The spa is fabulous!

We recently purchased a spa and equipment from Sarah at Just Spas Cheltenham. From the minute we walked in the showroom we were greeted with Sarah's cheery disposition. Sarah was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and even kept our young kids entertained while we browsed. We returned to the store recently and Sarah remembered us and the kids immediately, which is such wonderful customer service when the rapport continues long after the sale. Their willingness to help was amazing, all the questions I had, attention to detail, keeping me up to date with the progress of my spa. We bought our spa in 2019. It has been life changing and we love it! I’ve had no problems with the spa, but I did have a couple of queries this week, so called the store for some advice. Janine talked me through each of my queries, and we were able to resolve them all over the phone. so not only is the sales service excellent, so is the follow-up! The knowledge and expertise of the staff means that we can make the most of our spa and really enjoy it. Thank you for your help!

My wife and I drove from Sunbury to Cheltenham and spent just over an hour with Kumar, it’s just goes to show that product knowledge and great customer service pays off. I am not going to rewrite my Just spas issues and concerns here but if you are of a mind to please see my hallam store review for context. Due to initial lines of inquiry we were linked to this store rather than our local hallam store. Thus far we have not been overly satisfied but it has been the hallam staff that have been most helpful. Cheltenham manager not so much.

We recently purchased a spa from Kumar at Just Spas and we were ultimately amazed at how well the process went. We visited several other spa companies and we felt most comfortable with Kumar and couldn't be happier with our choice. He was professional and the service has been second to none.
