The outlet's Manager make it up for the female front line lack of enthusiasm to help , which pretends as if they doing u a favor that's one or two many please outlet retrain the female on customer service please as now I drive to Alberton more than 20ks just because of service. The place is in the heart of Dobsonville Expensive 3, the CPF in the area makes it a safe place and makes me feel like I am at my place in Alberton, security it's all that matters for kids you can sit in the car

I bought yesterday around 16:30 ,I bought all in one plus ,dunked wings n all star box meal, they gave me a coleslaw expired at 11am..how do they keep expired products in store and sell them to us...they did not have all syrup flavors available,I had to endup taking coke,cos it was the only syrup available We never enter the store without masks but one manager came to the front to assist cashier on the till and her mask was down..I only saw the expired coleslaw when I got home and I couldn’t drive back, my 5year old daughter loves it and couldn’t understand when I told her she can’t eat it ,she cried her lungs out so I basically put her health at risk. I’m not happy and I will be taking the matter further

I brought 6 packets of 6 pieces at R65 for work related. I needed something else from pick n pay, so they told me to wait for few minutes. I then replied that I will quickly go to pick n pay. When I got back they said they gave my order to other customers because it was ready n I wasn't there. I had to wait for another chicken in the stove. They way I was so angry, I just kept quiet n tell myself that never again will I shop in that kfc. The lady was laughing about it as if it was a joke. When she saw that I wasn't happy then she apologized.

I bought 6 pieces of chicken yesterday with coleslaw, coke, chips and 6 wings. I received 3 wings. Slaw is terrible and the the whole 6 pieces of chicken were oily and 2 of those 6 pieces were so small, one would bite once and it's finished. The service is horrible. Sometimes we don't check our orders because we trust the employees would do the right thing as they know what we ordered. Highly disappointing.

Worst branch I have ever dealt with and the sad part is that ,it is the nearest to me , the food is always stale and the service is the worst , they don't mind giving food without any salt and serviets and act as if you are your friend by speaking slang when you are a customer they are unprofessional. I remember buying a burger that had brown lettuce eeew I had to throw my money in a rubbish bin..it's not just that I promise I have complained to the customer care more than three times, they don't change

I like it but I have noticed with tomato sauce they don't put it and spice and it happens that I don't check the order before I leave I love my tomato sauce Nd spice on the chips ,and those things should be put when they put the order ,other than that I don't have any issues I'm happy

Fairly OK customer service. They can get better. Most of my interactions with them has been pleasant. Their chicken is very fresh. Their salads (specifically coleslaw) usually are expiring on the day they are given to us which obviously means you can have them the following day. I like the fact that their meat is fresh and don't fuss about the other things

Do not go to this place after 9pm. worst service I've ever experienced from a KFC outlet. as we enter the store with my family and approaching the counter the lady working there told us they are closed. but the system sys they close at 22h00. we then had to be escorted outside and told to go via drive thru. we stood on the drive thru line for 20 min and the line did not move. we ended up leaving without ordering. very disappointing.

There was no chicken on this (was quite disappointing) and the self-service machine was also out of order (probably set). Im not sure about collecting your self-service slip at the till (kind of takes you back to the till que. But they've got good service. I like the floor attendant who greets you at the door. Seating space is quite small, could do with a bit of expansion.

Service is disgusting, drive thru is a priority and customers in the store can wait for more than an hour. I for one spent and hour on the 02/08/2018. The staff is rude not even apologies there will be a delay bare with us, the order may take 45mins. So u make a decision as a customer to by or not. If there was 0.0 this kfc deserves it. Bought a meal on saturday & there was a network problem hence it double charged me went back the following day with my bank statement as proof that the money wasn't reversed ,it's been a week and still no solution no refund! So so disappointed !

The manager is brilliant and helpful... went the extra mile of asking for my package to be changed since he felt it was not presentable. Their service is consistent, I think that's a complement to the manager.
