Wow, what a great business! I booked a quote with Kim and he came out to inspect and quote on the job. I explained to him that I wanted my terracotta roof tiles, cleaned and painted. He stopped me right there an mentioned that there will be others out there who will provide this service but through his years of experience and knowledge that is not the right way to go. He then mentioned best thing to do for me to get the best result to have the tiles removed and replaced. I asked if that was something KWR and he said it is something they can do but I would economically be better off going through a tile manufacturers. Kim did not have to do any of this, he did not need to refer me, he did not need to talk me out of paying him to do a job. You definitely know that someone is confident in their business and what they do when they tell you the right way to do something even if they have absolutely nothing to gain from it. I didn't have any actual work performed by KWR but based on this interaction alone I would definitely use them in the future and also recommend to others. Thanks!

Booked for a pre-purchase roof inspection. Kim didn't show up on the day and didn't call me to say he wasn't coming. A few days later (when the purchase of the property was already unconditional) I get an inspection report and an invoice emailed to me. I couldn't believe it, I don't know when he entered (tresspassed onto? ) the property to conduct the inspection. The report said that there was 'no sign of leaking', but I had sent him photos of the watermarks that indicated there was leaking, and the specific part of the roof I wanted him to inspect. He clearly he didn't do a very thorough inspection or look and the specific area of concern. Kim then proceeded to BS me when I raised my concerns. He said he'd called me to let me know he was coming at a different time, but the call log on my phone indicates that he never phoned me. He never even acknowledged that the ceiling water stains might indicate a leak. This guy is dodgy.

Very disappointed with the response I received back from Jamie about an enquiry about getting a new roof. He was not helpful or professional at all. I note that most of the good reviews are 2-3 years old and many current reviews are not so good based on lack of professionalism. It makes one wonder if the quality of the job has changed also. I feel he is very picky about the jobs he accepts( the easy ones). Well I feel I want a tradesman who is experienced with more complex jobs. Maybe we should be picky with whom we get to do jobs for us also. I suggest try another roofing company, I am.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank and highly recommend KWR for any roof restorations work. They two men Clint and Gary did a wonderful job on my roof, and it looks fantastic! they were professional, polite, Honest, respectful hard workers at their job. Our roof was in pretty bad shape and KWR sorted us out quickly. They stepped us through the issues and explained everything with photos of in/under and around our roof. Their quote was middle of the pack but their results were fantastic they even fixed up a few minor things they found along the way that was not on the original quote - going above and beyond. KWR were prompt with a quote and were able to do our roof repair quite soon. The workers were on time and worked very hard and efficiently. So far the repairs have stood up to weather and good not to have to worry when it rains. The area was left clean when they finished and the roof cleaned of leaves.

Kim was punctual and I was kept up to date before the appointment with confirmation texts. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly what the problem was within minutes. Also clearly explained what was required to fix the leak. I would definitely use this business again.

Fantastic experience working with Jason and his team at KWR who installed our Velux skylights. Very knowledgeable and provided some great advice. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again should we need any roofing work.
