I have been to this golden nugget located in the heart of Bronzeville and nothing compares to the creative experience and top notch staff. I felt right at home and so comfortable in this creative space. I've been to their paint and sip and it is truly unique in the way it is hosted and allows you to be as creative as you like, no one paints the same picture! The staff and service is top notch and unmatched!! They also have great open paint sessions on Thursday's and other events like comedy shows, game night, and you can book their space for private events. I can always look forward to a great time when attending any Ka'Lab event!! Can't wait to go back and get creative and enjoy the vibe!

WOW!!! Talk about a great experience. If you are looking for something different and authentic this is the place to go. From the welcoming and very attending staff to the creative vibes and great music you can't go wrong. I attended a private b-day party last week and we had a blast. It's BYOB and anything else you need to get creative and have a good time is provided. I highly recommend this place for private parties, if you are looking to explore your creative mind, or looking for a mature open space to be creative and network. I'll be back soon!!

honestly this place was a vibe and a half. Ben was our host and he made it so engaging. Went here for a date night and we had a blast. Ben did a fun name activity with us, we popped open our drinks, we were given stencils to use to help us paint and some basic but super helpful direction and we were off! we were laughing and painting and vibin to the immaculate playlist they had going. super casual and welcoming environment. 100% coming back and bringing friends

I go here for the local Tribe open mic event that happens on Tuesdays and all I can say is the support of a young community is always stunning to witness. This group of individuals have come together to bring forth the talents of Chicago as a whole with love and support. The venue offers other events as well that I'm excited to check out and having a space like this on the Southside is a hidden gem that's precious to many who have visited!

Best corporate event ever!! Ka’Lab came thru with an amazing experience from beginning to end for my company’s black history month celebration. The Ka’Lab staff provided our staff with a professional, yet fun guided painting class, trivia game, raffle and giveaways! My co-workers keep asking “when can we do it again”?! I would highly recommend Ka’Lab for your next corporate event especially if you’re looking for something different!

Went to this awesome spot on Saturday with friends. First time there but not my last. Really fun, host and hostess were great and very helpful. I highly recommend it.

The owner is sincere and was so welcoming to us. We loved the music and had a great time doing mosaics (which is new at Ka'Lab). I will definitely go there again!
