DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I am writing this review in the hope I prevent your loved one being in this stressful situation... The customer service is truly disgraceful! My elderly, disabled father went without meals for 2 weeks by the errors of their staff! Instead of showing empathy, responsibility & ownership for their wrong doings they asked my father to wait a 3rd week because it was too far to drive out to his house for a single delivery. To be so heartless even after they had failed to deliver not once but twice & knowing all to well my father HAS NO FOOD & UNABLE TO FEND FOR HIMSELF!?! I was finally hung up on over the phone when they had enough of constantly interrupting & talking over me as I did my best to resolve the matter. This was on two occasions by two different staff members, one of them going by the name of Paul. (If that really was his name?) I am left speechless how a business like this could be running in an industry where they are responsible for the caring of the elderly & disabled community!? I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN KATRINA’S KITCHEN! YOU TRULLY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

I became a first time user of Katrina's Kitchen meals today. I was absolutely thrilled with the generous servings,& how beautiful the meal was. Tonights' choice was (Rissoles ,veggies,mash potatoes,gravy, & for Dessert, Apple crumble & custard). A definite home cooked quality & an absolute boon to me as I have limited mobility to shop & prepare my own meals. All delivered to my door for an amazing delivery cost of $5. Have definitely become a convert. Thank you.

This place is a godsend to many. Helped me, my father and friends when needing great wholesome food. Have recently purchased meals for myself and the quality of the meals is excellent. I believe they are tastier and and visually more appealing than ever. Highly recommend to all, not just if you are unable to cook yourself but also as a meal to have when time is stretched. My mother said to try Katrina's. So I ordered for her and she is very pleased at the quality and taste..who would of thought that mum would be right!!! And I found when ordering over the phone they were friendly and helpful. Thanks Guys..

I live of Katrina meals. Everything is yum and the customer service is great. I've never had any issues with the meals and the value for money is fantastic.

Chop suey delivery was uneatable. I heated according to package instructions as it was frozen.

They do. NDIS meals if you have a plan. Cheap. $45 for 15 meals but need to put it your plan.

Highly recommend, awesome customer service. We keep coming back …
