My review is about the People that work at Kennards Self Storage Yeerongpilly- Nilesh Rawal (Manager) and Ann Limpus (Assistant Manager). A few days ago, I lost my wallet-and was beside myself as I had a large amount of cash in it which I normally don't carry. An Angel found my wallet and put it into the Mailbox of Kennard and for the pass 2 days Ann and Nilesh have been trying to get my wallet back to me. Today I received a call from my local RSL to say that a gentleman named Nilesh from Kennards has my wallet. LOST for WORDS! I couldnt believe my ears. I'm so grateful to Nilesh and Ann for their kindness and determination in getting my wallet back to me -with the CASH I might add. My review is on the honesty, kindness that Nilesh and Ann have shown me today. Thank you so very much 1000x, Kennards you have some pretty Terrific team there in Yeerongpilly, very lucky to have them.

I've been using the Kennards Storage facility at Yeerongpilly since 2013. I've been impressed that throughout that time and a change of managers (three during that period), that the service has been outstanding. It's obvious to me that the training at Kennards is comprehensive and very good. In addition, Kennards' employee selection process must also be well managed as the staff have always been a delight to deal with. As a customer I've felt very valued. Often business employees don't understand how important the customer is to the business, this is not true at Kennards. The service is excellent, the facility is maintained well and extremely clean. The team at Yeerongpilly are very helpful and accommodating. Ten out of ten!

Great storage facility. With a pin coded gate for entry and departure that also activates/deactivates the alarm to your shed. Plenty of trolleys and flatbeds available for you to use to help move your belongings. Elevator approx 2.5m x 2.5m to take your stuff between the 2 levels of the complex. Lights are on timers for the walkways. During staffed hours restroom facility. Also accessible is a vending machine 24/7 (coins only). Not every shed has a light though the one I had didn’t have a light making it hard to see at times relying on my iPhone torch. Overall clean and tidy with reception selling items like boxes, tape and permanent markers. Trailer hire available as well.

I recently consolidated and relocated my storage unit at Kennards Yeerongpilly and Nilesh and Anne were super helpful and accommodating in answering my endless questions and helping me with my relocation. Nilesh went above and beyond to quickly locate an additional shelving system for my unit and then erected it for me along with 2 other shelving systems. Dropped in yesterday to get some boxes and meet a team member named Bol. He was very knowledgable and helped us get the boxes, tape and wrapping paper we needed. We then inquired about storage space and he showed us an example of the room dimensions in the front office. Which is a great visual for us to be able to work out the correct space for our things. He showed us the space and around the complex and we booked it straight away. We were very happy with the service, complex and amenities and moved our gear in there today. A great, smooth experience we would highly recommend.

I went in in to look at the space before making a decision and wasn’t disappointed. Nilesh the manager was very personable and gave excellent customer service. Happily took me on a thorough tour of the premises and it’s facilities (which are very good), whilst explaining my options and answering every question. He also gave a follow up call after I booked to let me know he received the booking and what I needed to do next. For me, one facility may not differ much from another, it’s all about the customer service.

We used the Yeerongpilly facility recently, not ever having used self storage anywhere previously, so not sure how the whole process worked. Dom was just the friendliest, easiest guy to work with and made the whole process completely clear and easy. Explained all the options and costs, with advice along the way. The use of the trailer was an absolute bonus that just made everything that much easier for us. Nothing but good words to say about the whole experience. Thanks Dom!

The team at KSS Yeerongpilly made my move in to the facility so easy. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are top-notch with easy 24 hour access, and the security here is great. And when the time came to leave my storage unit, they contacted me without prompting within 8 hours to arrange for my refund of previously-paid rent. I would highly recommend this KSS. I'll not hesitate to return when I have another need.

I am disabled. I had to send a large parcelpoint package. I got the package to my car in my wheelchair. Sending the parcel was a breeze from there. Kennards Yeerongpilly couldn't have been more helpful. I called and was told to just drive to the disabled park, and call when I arrived. I did just that. The parcel was collected from my car and my receipt brought out. Absolutely excellent service!

Dom was super friendly and helpful. Even when the sign on the door said "back at x time", he opened it before this time as he saw us coming towards the door. He helped us choose the supplies we needed and carried most of them to our car. He was the same on our second visit. Also, other places tend not to resell used boxes, but with these guys we could buy second hand ones slightly cheaper.

Moving can be a very stressful and unsettling time for anyone, so it was so nice to be greeted by Bol who works at Kennards Yeerongpilly (Brisbane). Bol was very helpful and courteous and made the entire process flow beautifully. It feels settling to have all of my stuff safely tucked away, and not annoying anyone else until I work out where my next home will be. Thanks again. Angela

Awesome staff keeping a well maintained storage facility. The supply of lifts and trolleys make ad-hoc moving of gear very handy. Edit: after 5yrs with KSS I closed up the shed last weekend. The team and facilities remain awesome and have my sincere thanks. The only reason for 4 star down from 5 star was the cost. I get supply and demand, but it's getting exe.

Nilesh. R was very helpful in confirming my order details and preference of collection via delivery or pick up. I went with delivery and was surprised to get such speedy delivery. I got everything I wanted and I especially liked that attention to listing what was in the box for the smaller items together. Very happy. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Dropped in and purchased a quantity of cartons. After loading on the ute and returning home I couldn’t find my wallet. Looked everywhere. Returned to Kennards and the wonderful ladies were more than happy to review the security camera footage to see where it was misplaced. Found it under the load of boxes. Thanks very much. The guys at Kennards Yeerongpilly have always been friendly and helpful, especially the manager Nilesh. I moved my belongings there temporarily as my house was affected by the flood. It’s been an ultra smooth experience. The flexibility of moving out whenever you like with no lock in contract and rent refunded was great!

Nilesh, the manager I dealt with, was very helpful and accommodating. He made sure everything went smoothly when I moved my stuff in. The reason for not giving five stars is because the lift broke down over one weekend and often the facility is dark because the lights are not turned on. Which seems odd.

I stored my things at Kennards, Yeerongpilly for about a year and they were always great! Friendly staff, easy to approach and when I did leave, I forgot to cancel my auto payment. Got a call from the manager to let me know, and he also arranged to transfer it back to me, pronto! These guys are good.

Constantly increasing storage rental costs, have stored here for over two years had three storage rent increases. Did a quote as a new customer online for the same sized unit and the price is what I was paying when I first started here, I am paying almost $30 per month more than a new customer.

Used eBay click and collect twice now for items to be collected at Yeerongpilly Kennards Self Storage, both times got really excellent service, personable and friendly - and far less waiting time than on my many visits to the Post Office to collect items :-) .... happy to recommend and commend

I dropped into the Yeerongpilly shop on Saturday the 21st of December and the young man who helped me there was very polite and very helpful ! It is nice to receive service like this in this day and age, he even wanted to help me carry the boxes that I bought to my car. Very impressive !!

Friendly and helpful staff (Bol was very informative and welcoming). I obtained the information and materials that I need to start the job of packing up the house, ready to sell and move. I will need to return for more boxes later, and will definitely go back to Kennards at Yeerongpilly.

So convenient to collect parcels, they are open until 6pm so those who cannot get to the post office between 9am-5pm have the chance to collect their parcels. Very friendly and helpful staff, will definitely be utilising this service for all deliveries!
