I’m quite surprised to be receiving a message to write a review after the stress this company caused me but anyway, here it is. I’ve used this company for two moves and have been paying monthly storage fees to them for over two years, so am extremely disappointed with this service. I’d tried to book a fairly last minute booking to have my things delivered from their facility in Brisbane to the Gold Coast but when they emailed the invoice through, I questioned the price as it was more than double what I was originally told. I didn’t pay it that day as they said I had until 10am the next day to make the payment and I was waiting to hear back from them regarding my queries. By 9.20am the next morning I still hadn’t heard back from them so I contacted them to see if they’d received my questions from the day before only to find out that they’d given away my time slot to someone else!! I was absolutely shocked they would do that without even bothering to contact me first as I was waiting on them to discuss the payment and was moving the very next day!! So just to add to all the regular stresses of moving, I had to then madly try to find another company to go to Brisbane and pick my stuff up but no one had availability for the truck size I needed on such short notice so I had to book a smaller truck and hope for the best...of course the truck didn’t fit everything on it so had to leave some of my stuff in Brisbane. So then the day after the move, I had to borrow a friend’s van, empty it, drive to Brisbane from the Gold Coast, get all the stuff that didn’t fit on the truck, drive back to the Gold Coast, unload it, then reload the van with my friends work stuff, then return the van...awesome way to spend the day after you’ve just moved. I’m a long term customer of theirs so would expect a bit more but what I’m most upset about is that none of this would’ve happened if they’d either just got back to me regarding my queries, given me until the time stated to make the payment, or had the decency to call me to check what’s going on BEFORE giving away my time slot. Any of these things would be a minimum and they did none of them. Terrible service.

I can’t recommend Supercheap Storage Brisbane enough. We used Supercheap to store the entire contents of our home while we travelled overseas and Adam and the team were flawless throughout the process. Quick and easy to arrange and get a quote, timely on the day of pick-up and the container was loaded so that everything fit and nothing was damaged. After returning from overseas we needed to continue to store our items but frequently required access to the storage unit. Adam went above and beyond to allow our requests for access to the unit on a number of occasions. We have subsequently moved interstate, at which point Adam referred us to a preferred interstate transport company – Boz Removals – who did a superb job loading and unloading direct from Supercheap Storage. We didn’t even have to be there which saved us money on return flights back to Brisbane. Overall, the standard of service and value for money was far beyond expectations. If you’re looking for a storage solution in Brisbane, Supercheap should be first on your list. Thanks again for your service Adam and team! 2020 Update: We have just moved back from Melbourne to Brisbane using Supercheap Storage to store and deliver our furniture for the move. Again, the team were fantastic. It was easy to communicate and the team was able to organise delivery of our stored furniture within 2 days of contacting them. Can't recommend this company enough for their customer service and excellent service.

I have had my belongings stored for over 3 years with Supercheap Storage. From the very start of the service which was packing everything into the container I was nothing but Happy! My belongings were placed with care into the boxes and everything fit perfectly. The two gentleman who did it were kind and efficient with their service. Throughout the whole time having everything in storage all communication was dealt with quickly by the Supercheap Storage team. I never had any issues and always received up to date information. This weekend with the move back into my house it was time to see my belongings again. Daniel and Ethan were the two gentleman that were there to assist with the move in. They were both brilliant at their job!! They were again quick and efficient and I felt they went the extra mile with helping putting everything back in place. I was so happy seeing my belongings again after such a long time away, they were in great condition just as I left them. *** BEST SERVICE, BEST PRICE, GOODS ARE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION*** The game of moving house is stressful and there is so much co-coordinating involved. Laura in Customer Service is incredibly efficient in getting back to you and very accommodating to your personal needs. It can't be easy estimating how long the previous job before yours will take when people underestimate how much stuff they have. On my pick up, I was the last job of the day and the guys were going to be late to get to me (which they kept me informed of constantly) so the owner of the business Tom jumped in a truck and came and did not my job personally. On the drop off 8 months later the goods were delivered to the Gold Coast in perfect condition. Everything has been a breeze, outstanding service and business.

I used Supercheap Storage while having renovations done to my house after a recommendation from a friend.....best advice I took, as the whole process was super easy. I packed the boxes in advance and on the moving day Daniel and Co took care of the heavy furniture, all done with no issue in the allocated 2 hours. The reverse occurred this week again no fuss and again the time frame was met. I have just finished unpacking and all my belongings were fine, no breaks, cracks, dents or scratches. Despite being the last job of their very busy day, Daniel and Cory came to do my move in good spirits and ready to get the job done. Being an apartment building move, Daniel took charge of securing the lifts and moving my furniture efficiently and effectively with as little time wasted as possible. The storage unit was packed very well with plenty of moving blankets protecting my furniture and belongings. The whole move was done with professionalism, care and good humour and as this is the second time I have used SuperEasyStorage, I would happily recommend them to all.

Daniel was absolutely great to work with on our move from Moorooka on the TUE 28th April 2020 . On our 1st meeting he understood the amount of gear in my shed. He was aware of the tools and equipment and understood their weights, and completed an awesome job. Thanks to the team at supercheap storage. Laura was super helpful in explaining how it all worked and the the boys that did the load out of my stuff were fantastic. They were very careful efficient and worked together well. They packed the containers to where every square inch was utilised and they were enjoying themselves and having a laugh with me as well. I had an old fridge that was not being stored and the boys helped me load it into my truck so i could get it to the dump. The whole experince was a very positive one so thanks supercheap storage.

You have given us our spare room back. From the start the service has been fantastic. We had lots of questions, “can you still access things?”, “how much can you fit in a box?”, “will our stuff be safe?” The service team answered our questions, made us feel comfortable and organized everything. Excellent communication. On the day the removalists, who packed our box, were the best we have ever had. They worked efficiently, used every last space in the box and were professional and friendly. These guys are the best and reasonably priced. I felt incredibly happy after my move. In comparison, my past experience with movers have always been full of disappointment. The level of service they provide showed that they truly valued all their customers. The truck arrived ON TIME and they packed my stuff into the module very safely. Today I have moved belongings into storage at Supercheap Storage Brisbane. From first contact with Laura on reception, it was so easy. She was extremely obliging and very considerate of my minimal knowledge of how it all works. When the removal truck arrived (during cyclone conditions) Brady was amazing with his speed and certainty of stacking and filling all my belongings with care and precision. I have had personal items stored at Supercheap Storage Brisbane in Acacia Ridge, Qld, for close to a year and I would highly recommend this storage facility. Adam and Laura are incredibly helpful and professional and worked hard to give me an excellent price to store my belongings. From the pick up of my items from my home to the ongoing storage, nothing was ever too much trouble and they are both very easy to get hold of and deal with. Would not use anywhere else!

I used Supercheap storage for about a year. They were so great to use and even helped pick up and store extra things in the middle. They pick up your furniture etc and store it then deliver it after. I have had excellent service with my furniture and personal goods in storage for over two years. I had them delivered on Friday and they arrived in excellent condition. The two men who delivered my goods worked very hard and took care of everything so that there was no damage to my goods. They were both very friendly and placed everything where I wanted it. We moved from Canberra to Brisbane in January 2015 and used Supercheap storage while looking for a house in Brisbane. Laura was very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our move was as smooth as possible. The delivery of our items was on time and were handled with care. I highly recommend Supercheap Self Storage and wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

We could not have had a better experience with Supercheap storage. We went travelling for 11 months and felt that our goods were in safe and capable hands. Not only did they save us money by cutting out the middle-man removalist but they were reasonably priced, excellent to deal with if there were any queries/requests and just good, honest people. They come highly recommended.

Great storage option at the best price on the market. We stored a 6 bedroom house worth of items for two years. No damaged items or problems during our storage time with SCS. The price is almost half of what the other storage options quoted me. The customer service is amazing and I highly recommend SCS for your storage solutions, I will use their service again if I need to.

Paid this company to pack and store my belongings. When I got my stuff out, there was stuff damaged due to being packed incorrectly. No packing blankets were used to wrap around things. And when I demanded an answer they refused to take responsibility. I'm out of pocket roughly $5000 in damages i had to fix and pay for. Don't do it. It's not worth the grief.

Daniel, Laura, Tom and the team have been the easiest people I have ever had to deal with in the storage and removal world! I stage properties for sale and hence use storage and removalists frequently. This team is by far the most organised, professional, easy going and helpful - as well as being economical and efficient! I have found my A team at last.

The team really know how to Tetris, they were able to get everything into 2 modules instead of 3 saving me money. They worked super fast in a very professinal manner. This company is all about making your move as easy as possible. I was very happy with not only the price for storing my furniture also the VIP premium service at delivery. All care was taken with my property, the guys were fast and delivered a premium service at a price that was affordable. I will definitely use them again.

Kept some things in storage after moving internationally a few years ago. SCS have been consistently friendly, professional and on the ball. They are proactive in resolving potential issues and reply to enquiries quickly. Everything was kept in perfect condition when I unpacked it a few weeks ago.

I have used SCS for 4 years now, I just got a 5 beds household content and the content was near perfect as it was frozen in time, electronics and clothing in perfect conditions, also the pick and and drop off was done very professionally, if I need storage again I would look anywhere else

Not sure if these reviews are even legitimate but when we used these guys a year or so ago they damaged a number of items, even to the extent of smashing fist sized holes in things. Maybe they've improved since then?? Anyway you get what you pay for, you've been warned.

Highly recommend. I have had a great experience from Laura in the office, helping with dates and information, to Daniel and Michael who packed up our pods. Daniel was very experienced and knew what I wanted and did an amazing job of fitting everything in the pods.

Helpful staff for queries, quotes and bookings. Great service in loading and good availability for a short notice pickup. Way cheaper than a storage unit, and they come to your house to load. Wish I'd found it years earlier!
