I'm writing this as an employee of Calendar Club who recently used this facility for setting up 20 kiosks over the busy Christmas season. The storage units are all under cover and out of the weather which was important to us. They found units for us that were close together and we made good use of their fork lift, pallet jack and trolleys. The manager Jason was key to this being a successful experience. He anticipated our needs and made it all possible. He really understands customer service and I highly recommend Fort Knox Coorparoo to anybody considering storage.

I’ve rented storage with Fort Knox 3 times now and each time was so easy and made moving house so easy. Staff are incredible, friendly, always up for a chat and will go out of those way to help. Great access and easy for large trucks also. It’s good there are 2 lifts so you don’t often get help up waiting. They have a great range of different unit sizes which is great. Over all I would highly recommend!!! Thank Leon for all the chats and help every time. Always a pleasure.

Without a doubt deciding to temporarily store things at Fort Knox was the best decision I made during my recent house move. Location was a big plus. But the staff and facility were top notch and I will recommend them to anyone who requires storage space. The facility was never super busy and so there was never a need to wait in line for the lift or a trolley or a place to park inside.

Fort Knox is the best storage facility I have come across. Jason is simply fantastic and easy to deal with. The premises is always tidy, it's flat so is super easy to move your gear around, and there's heaps of trolleys, as well as a pallet jack, and forklift access if needed. It's all undercover and you can park close to your unit.

No communication, scammed me into paying for a second unit then auctioned off all my belongings from the first unit before I could move them, while still charging me for both. Was notified after the auction, ignored my many emails and attempts to contact. Dont believe a word he says, Find a safer place to store your prized goods.

This is the second long term storage I have arranged with James. He makes sure I am well looked after and is very accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else to store my belongings!
