After visiting three other jewelry stores, I’m so grateful that I came to this store to purchase an engagement ring. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Ted. The most friendly and honest sales associate, who made me feel welcome and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the fact that Ted did not pressure me into making a purchase. Instead, he took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and provided me with a wide range of options to choose from. He was knowledgeable about the different types of stones and metals, and helped me to understand the differences between them. I walked in think I knew what I wanted but he educated me and showed me way better options. Throughout the entire process, I felt like Ted was genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect engagement ring for my partner. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and even offered to make adjustments to the ring if needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone in search of a high-quality engagement ring and exceptional customer service. I purchase all my Jewelry from Kevin Jewelers. From Diamond rings, earrings, bracelets and very excellent quality Certified Man Made diamonds. The quality is exquisite, pricing is amazing. Anyone can afford. I always purchase extended warranty’s. I have used my warranty twice with no questions asked, from missing Diamond replacement to a lost baguette earring one half carat with no problem. The Customer Service is fantastic. What I also like are the little perks that Kevin’s give their Customers. Everyone at Kevin’s is amazing but “My Jeweler” is Ted. He now knows what I like and my price point. I’m not rich, I am retired and I finally deserve just one of the finer things in life l earned it. It’s an investment. Besides I can’t take it with me my Grandchildren will inherit my beautiful small collection that will never lose their value.

My previous Girlfriend and I loved this store, because of the ability to purchase jewelry at a convenient price. I recently, received a call. They stated they had a gift for me. I went in, and they produced a pair of Synthetic Diamond Studs worth several thousand dollars. I politely declined the offer. They then offered me a smaller pair of Genuine Diamond Studs, also worth several thousand. I politely asked for a receipt, since my taking them without a receipt would clearly be theft. They declined to give me a receipt. The Gold Engagement ring I purchased is also Stamped “Malo” or “Bad”. Besides decently priced merchandise, I am beginning to dislike this store.

I went into the store and was greeted by the store salesman Eli. I asked him about the Casio watches, and he showed me case with all the G-Shock Casio watches. It was so easy to find the one I wanted. I actually knew the kind of watch I wanted to buy for my husband's birthday because I had initially looked it up online. I love going into Kevin's Jewelers because I could personally see the actual watch and not just the picture! Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Great Customer service. My Jewelers is Kevin’s and my personal Jeweler is Ted. Mr Athans knows my taste and what I like. High quality jewelry very good prices. I hate to say this, every time I visit I walk out with a beautiful piece one of a kind. I’ve also purchase the extended warranty that is offered by Kevin’s for the pieces I’ve purchased at a minimal price for what it covers. I love knowing that my investment is covered.

Wow excellent service, Ted actually taught me a few things about diamonds and how to care for them. I like building relationship when I shop for special things. Ted specializes in making connections with potential customers without being pushy. What a great experience! I will go back to Kevin’s jewelers often and I recommend them if you are shopping for high end jewelry and beautiful gifts this season.

They always go with what the price you are looking for as well as wonderful team and great understanding of people's price ranges and wonderful discounts as well.

Very unhappy with your prices. You charge 400%+ of what a diamond is worth. Take off 200% the customer thinks he is getting a good deal. Then when we went back to confront the sales people, they said sorry we can not help you. I will not buy any products from you again. And we will tell our friends and relatives not to shop at Kiven's jewelry
