I don't think it gets better in customer service, pricing, expertise and knowledge of their art! Anh (manager), Arkam, and Leo are so welcoming and give you no pressure. Anh really goes above and beyond to help find what you are looking for. I came in to look at a Buddha that had been wanting to get my hands on for a while and they all were very patient with me and felt as they were looking out for just the right gem at the best price. I highly recommend them! I really had an awesome experience from beginning to end, will highly recommend to family and friends.

I purchased a cocktail diamond ring a month ago and it turned out to be defective -- I wore it twice and half of it completely snapped off while out to dinner. I was told it had a "lifetime warranty" when I purchased it as long as I had it inspected every 90 days but when I went back was told they could not exchange or replace it or use the $3K I paid for it on another ring. I don't understand how a warranty doesn't cover faulty craftsmanship so buyer beware. While the salespeople are very friendly and great at selling, please beware of buying junk jewelry.

Zarifa was great. She knew what customers wanted. She even figured out perfectly the size of my finger and my fiance's. She entertained us nicely with a big smile and nice remark. Lynette, the manager, was very nice as well. She shared her visit to Korea after she figured out that we are Koreans. They really congratulated out wedding. We were really happy to visit the place and buy the rings that we wanted. P.S. They engraved the words on the rings for us although it was a little longer than usual.

It’s the best jewelry store in town. I have shopped here at the Valliani , Valley afair Location because of the manager, Lynette. Shes been my jeweler for almost a decade now. I follow her wherever she goes. She gives me the best advice on jewelries. This time, i asked her for the best give for my girl and i was like “wow” in terms of her taste and the price . This is like my 10th time coming in at the valley fair location. I don’t always come in and buy but they always are very helpful in showing me anything I want to look at. They also have an amazing jeweler that cleans all my jewelry. Today they remembered what I came in to look at last time I was here and that was about a month ago!
