When I walked past their store Ali provided me with amazing costumer service and asked how he could help me. I shared with him that my Grandma just passed away and I needed her rings cleaned. He shared the small fee with me and Roxanne got right to work. In addition to my Grandmothers ring they also cleaned my engagement ring and wedding band. My Grandmother hadn’t cleaned her rings in decades so you can only imagine how they looked. Roxanne took time and consideration to make sure my Grandmothers ring looked like new. We even discussed replacing a few diamonds that had come out over time. I couldn’t be more appreciative and I will definitely be back.

Roxane was amazing at helping us find our wedding bands and even took the time to clean my engagement ring to better see it paired and get the full visual experience. Ali and Roxanne were very patient in working with us and getting us an awesome finance plan for a comfortable payment. Highly recommend their customer service and this location. Especially after being ignored at the shop across the way, so while they lost our business, Ali and Roxanne were great at winning it.

Roxana displays First Class service when it comes to customer service. She greeted me and smiled within seconds of passing by the store. Polite and welcoming. Roxana was very helpful, when assisting and never came off as pushy or needy to make the sale, making it a pleasant purchase. Gina was friendly, very accommodating and polite when it came to discussing price points. Great Experience and will definitely be shopping there again.

We stopped in just to take a look at what they had, and ended up walking out very happy. Gina was able to help us pick out exactly what we have been looking for. Ali worked with us on the price. (BTW - They have a killer Labor Day sale in case anyone needs anything) Their jeweler was able to get our chain customized same day. So happy with our experience and definitely recommend going by to see Gina and Ali!

We had a fantastic experience at Valliani Jewelers when upgrading the diamond in my wedding ring. Ali was very helpful while not being pushy. We shopped at a few different places, but ended up coming back because we preferred the service at Valliani. Ali even ordered a diamond for us since they didn’t have what we wanted in the store. My ring looks amazing and we are very happy with the overall experience!

Watch out for this store. They opened a line out credit by forging my signature!!! And when contract was sent to me I saw that the man I spoke with was lying about the interest rate as well. He told me it was no interest and the contact he forged obligated me to pay 800 a year in interest! Outrageous. This is fraud and a felony crime! And for something I never walked out of the store with.

Make the transaction feel very comfortable but after reviewing my receipt, I noticed they marked down my monthly annual income was 7,300. I am no where near that and makes me believe they altered my income so I would be able to get the chain.
