It offers a free key, but it doesn't give you a link to get it. Every time you try to get it by clicking next, it asks you to buy another key to get the free one over and over again. It doesn't have the special sports brand keys in Stock, and you need to wait 1 week to get the special order key.

The machine was easy to use and convenient. But the keys were very expensive. The lowest priced key was $9.99 each. But I spent $22 for 3 keys. Also the cutting of the keys was very slow and the machine moves at a glacier pace when preparing the keys.

They quoted me $49.00 over the phone. I asked how much for him coming out. The guy got to my house look at the lock states $250.00. No way am I paying $250 for a new key. I still had to pay a service fee for him coming out. SMH

This place is a rip off so be careful. I called and asked about a remote replacement and they told me $400 I said what?!! Well that is a rip off. I found it online for $89 and shipping, that is $415 dollar's less.

Although I had to wait for my key to be mailed, it worked out perfectly. KeyMe was even prompt with responding to my emails.

I was a bit skeptical when 2 of the 3 were missing some ridges but they worked. So convenient.
