These guys are prompt, I’ll give them that. But that’s about all I can give them. My battery died and though my key fob worked, my manual key to my car doesn’t work (a typical problem with my year and make). No biggie, happened last year as well, called a locksmith and paid about 60$. Had to do so again last night when it happened, explained my situation, was told a technician would call shortly. Okay, great. Technician calls and says 11 minutes away. Even better! Then, when he gets here, it goes downhill…he was a very nice kid, but he really really really struggled and (in doing so) damaged my doorframe fairly badly. After a while he did admit “I’m unprepared I usually have my van but this was last minute and no one else would take the job”. At the time, I didn’t know he had severely bent my doorframe, despite all the popping noises without my car opening. Eventually, he opened it, we were charged a whopping 130$ (really?), and he was on his way. On my way home from work today, I realized the wind noise was insanely loud and every car that zipped by was even louder. Upon parking, I discovered that the top corner of my doorframe was severely bent to the point that when I push on it it pushes back, which will definitely allow rain/pests/etc. into my vehicle. So, I would not recommend this locksmith, because of the price and apparently lack of experience, though I wish I could be leaving 5 stars. However, I don’t want anyone else to make the mistake I did.

Yay! Finally found a way to get a duplicate mailbox key. And it works!
Thanks for asking, Jenny. The key worked out fine.
