My wife was waiting an hour and still did not even a call about when they would be able to unlock her car. Horrible customer service call canter.
Saved my key on the kiosk. Kids left with keys and left door unlocked. Was able to run down to kiosk and get my key made without having the key.
Would not cut regular house keys. Tried 2 different kiosks and both did not cut the keys at all
