Key worked but got stuck in lock. Had to use multiple lubricants to loosen key and really work to remove. Also noticed multiple rough areas on teeth. Did not pay extra for smoothing service , perhaps would have made a difference.

The keys were not cut the same as the original keys and only worked on the door knobs but not the deadbolts. I did text the company and received a full refund. Thank you! …
