tldr: Terrible service. If you need a good lock pick asap, I recommend Mr quick pick! I give this zero stars if I could. I called them because it said an estimated time of 29 minutes for emergency lock outs. My boyfriend and I waited 4 hours in the rain (calling multiple times within each hour) and no one showed up. We called multiple times and they said that the technician would call us with an estimated time of arrival. They never called us. They claimed that the technician tried to call us but I have my call history and there was none. We even offered another phone number for them to call and they did not call that number either. I would not recommend this company for emergency lockouts. We ended up using Mr quick pick out of desperation. The website seems a little sketchy and they make you pay upfront before any service which we thought was for sure a scam, but they actually came less than 20 minutes later. Everyone was so kind and understanding and they took a 4hr deep freeze in the rain to a night of comfort food and blankets. If you are desperate like we were, try mrquickpick

We absent-mindedly locked our back porch door before we left for a trip, and didn’t realize it until we were already gone when our neighbor called us to say she couldn’t get in to feed our pet. We desperately googled for locksmiths in Indianapolis and this was the second business we called. They picked up our call and were quick to get all the information required to get a technician out to our house while we were several states away. We called at approx 6pm on a Saturday and by 7pm my neighbor was already inside our house and feeding our pet. Incredibly quick service, highly responsive and understanding, and super friendly. Can’t thank you guys enough!

The cost was a bit much but my apartment management was going to charge me the same and I didn't want to deal with them. But I did like the 50% off a second copy i guess this way if this one breaks I have another backup for less. It would be nice if you could make more RFID cards other than the Key RFID at the machine, because the shipping is slow.

All around good experience.. quick, easy, convenient.. 6 or 7 min for 3 keys. No problems with the keys made and received right @ the kiosk

A little bit too many what seemed pure marketing questions, but, otherwise, a superb and very convenient service.

The kiosk was not able to copy my key and the price was double what I ended up paying at the hardware store.

Only downside, the key was about $10. I'm used to comparable key makers charging $3 to $5.

While the key is an exact replica, it did not work on the door lock.
