These guys are definitely honest. They could have charged me an arm and a leg for a check engine light on my 06 Toyota Camry but instead, they honestly told me that there was nothing wrong with my Camry and that it was just a simple reset! I don't know if you'd run into many honest car repair shops like that these days. Also, this is the most modern looking waiting area I've ever seen. I didn't find the usual dusty auto repair shop here. Everything looks to be organized by computer and they even offered to e-mail me a receipt! I was helped by a a really nice guy. If I actually lived in Winnipeg, I'd definitely have Keystone do all my auto repair work just based on the honesty and how clean their whole auto shop looked; but since I was just passing through as a traveler, I'll just have to make do with my local repairman in my hometown (who I don't think is as honest!)

I had the pleasure of stumbling across Keystone auto repairs while in Winnipeg. They had great reviews so I figured we would give it a shot. The staff provided the absolute best customer service I have ever had. We were in Winnipeg for a short time and our children had a long list of activities they wanted to do while there. Keystone saved our vacation by getting the repairs done as soon as possible and Went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend their work and service.

First experience today with Keystone automotive with my Volvo which was having issues with oil pressure which was having issues with oil pressure. I dealt with Mike on the phone and Ray in person. I recently had a safety and some work done here. The guys are excellent, quick, and very knowledgeable. A courtesy car was available and the staff was extremely accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is done properly and that the customer is well taken care of. I would highly recommend this shop.

this company has a reputation for being honest and ethical.. when i think of what our dealership cost us over the years, i shudder.. we only stuck with the dealership because our car was new and under warranty.. Keystone personnel are helpful, obliging, and knowledgable. Ray and Mike are a pleasure to deal with.

Took my car in to get wheel bearing fixed, turned into $2000 worth of repairs they did not explain to me. They were confusing and spoke down to me. People come off as nice but just not a very homey or trustworthy place. I will not be a returning customer.

I finally found an honest repair shop and won't go anywhere else. They are at the shop at 7am - 5pm so I can make it there before work and pick it up after, plus they never have a problem providing me with a courteousy car. A+ KEEP IT UP!!!
