1. 1 star for good experience previously. 3rd time went to get my Mazda 3 serviced but I felt duped here. While I agree, There was multiple repairs needed to the car. (Few days afterwards, I went to another mechanic for something different whom I asked the quote if he had provided same service, he quoted me $650 maximum for which I paid $1085 at Kieu. 2. My car has broken main window switch that they had quoted $250 to $300. I declined (& I’m very glad I did). I got the part online for $41.90 and replaced it myself in less than 4 minutes, yes less than 4 minutes). In my invoice, I was charged $50 or more for performing labour work to open “window switch parts”. I did this within 4 minutes without any effort. And at 1/10 the cost. To add, labor cost charged by kieu was $639 out of 1085. And my car was there from 10 am to 2:30 pm for 4.5 hours. Go figure... I’m sorry but highly disappointed. You have just lost mine (and anyone in my circle’s business) moving forward.

I have taken my car to Kieu Auto Service twice and recommended family members to take their business there too. We had a great experience! The staff are very friendly and professional. They let you know beforehand the cost of repairs and don’t do anything without your approval. Only issue I have is that the area it’s located in is kind of sketchy. I wouldn’t want to leave the car overnight. I wouldn’t leave anything valuable in your car since there are reports of people breaking into cars and rummaging through them in this area. Besides that I had the best time with Kieu Auto Service!

I got a front brake rotors replacement yesterday. After it finished, I came back home. Then, since I wanted to recheck for that service, I removed wheels and checked the rotors. However, Its bolts were not on there. Two bolts must be on there, but nothing was there. Both rotors were playing and just dangling on axle. I was very upset, and also they told me “It’s okay, we’ve done like this over 15 yrs. Not securing bolts is for you guys’ convenience. Not for customers’ safety. It’s ridiculous.

John and all the mechanics at Kieu Auto Service are very talented. Everytime I bring my car in for a repair they really do a good job in a timely manner. I've stopped going to my OEM for repairs as they can't seem to figure out whats wrong with my car. I have been going to Kieu for a while now because heir workmanship, and quality of work is exceptional. They will have my business and will be recommending them to my friends and family for sure. These guys are amazing! Keep it up!!

The service was great! It was extremely fast and well done. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would say to not leave any valuables in the car, because the neighbourhood is not 100% safe to do so. At no fault of Kieu Auto Service, my car was broken into while in their locked compound. Will definitely be using their services again!

I took two of my vehicles here and the staff at Kieu did not disappoint! One of the vehicles was slowly leaking oil and they gave me a fair price for a big job and the job was done in a timely manner. The vehicle has gone over >3500km without me having to top up the oil. I highly recommend Kieu Auto and will definitely come back here!

I used to take my truck to the quick drive through service place across the street from them. Last couple of times I priced both places, Kieu was FAR cheaper each time (oil change and tire swap), and they have nice friendly staff. This will be my go to place for our SUV and truck from now on.

Brought a car here last minute and 20 minutes before close for a quick lookover. They accommodated me very kindly, took it for a test drive and gave great insight into the car. They really know their stuff! Would definitely go here for all my services if I lived nearby.

Pretty good place friendly staff decent prices got the job done in good timely manner was happy too get my 2008 Cadillac SRX back on the rd thank you guys keep doing what you do will be back if needed for other repairs and would recommend to my friends and family .

Great shop and friendly staff. John(owner) has been doing this for years and has his own bunch of toys as well. He's great with the auto community. And to kill time there's a Subway close by for eats and right by Superstore to grab some quick grocery.

Took car in to get an oil pan replacement, was done within a day. Honestly, the best and quick service! They were nice as well to help charge the battery for my car when it was super cold out! I can't thank them enough and going far and beyond!

They fit us in quickly, and got the work done that we needed, right around our budget, and in a timely manor. They didn't try to sell us on anything that wasn't needed, and were prompt in responses. Also, they were all very kind and helpful.

Fantastic service from Ron and the team. Very efficient, honest and understanding. We were passing through Winnipeg on a big roadtrip and Ron squeezed us in last minute for a strut replacement and the team finished the work by lunchtime.

Phone service was good, could not find a door to the sales office and was maybe a little embarrassed to ask. Vehicle line up was presented well, perhaps it was more online car purchases. Sales man was very friendly over the phone.

Great quality service! Came in to have my radiator replaced for my Rav4 but John noticed the drive shaft was grinding my fuel tank. They took care of it and saved me from a disaster waiting to happen. Great work for descent price!

Good guys at Kieu. My mother pulled in there with a flat and had no appointment. They fit her in. They treated her well. Did not try to upsell or any of the other tactics some places do. Appreciate it and I highly recommend them.

My car started overheating, bring the car to this shop around 10am cause its also near on my place, around afternoon they called me saying my car is already for pick up, quick fix and friendly workers

Sounds expensive , could clear a flooded EFI engine by holding it to the floor for 40 seconds and cranking , not sure how that s worth 130 bucks but maybe they take long for diagnostic....

They gave us an honest assessment and recommendation - we know because it was the same as a few other mechanics. Charged a fair price and ever pressured us to perform unnecessary work!

Had winter tires put on new rims, balanced, and installed on my vehicle. Best priced when compared to at least 5 other places. . Very friendly staff. Service was quick and hassle free.
