What a joke..... My wife and I walk in on Sunday February 6, 2022, to purchase a new whipper snipper and hedge cutter and found not a single person in the store - whilst walking around trying to find said equipment, a young male and female employees continued to lean over the counter talking to each about their night previous and completely ignored us. After deciding to leave and go elsewhere, and were walking out the door, the young woman screamed out from the back of the store "did you need help?". Nope! You can jam our business up your backside! We will no longer use the Windsor store for personal or business needs any more!

Once I FINALLY found their phone number (they're not properly listed in the local white pages under Mitre10 AT ALL) there was nobody in the gardening section to help me with my telephone enquiry about plants at all, AND there was nobody in store to help with with that either. Not nice at all guys!!! Was told to ring back/call in later in the week. I like to support local business but is it any wonder I go to Bunnings when I can NEVER rely on a local business, WTF

Nothing beats great customer service. Today I was greeted as I walked through the door, received assistance to find a product I was looking for, and provided with a duplicate receipt for warranty (...as we all know thermal receipts fade over time). How ridiculous, asked to get a piece of 4x2 timer standard size only to be told by a grumpy man that nope they don't do any. Which I did see a stack of them walking in and out. Never going back again...so much for "Timber Centre"

I am happy to give the delivery driver a 5 star rating as he was so friendly, polite and helpful. I did however think that the delivery cost was exorbitant - especially when Kings North Richmond is less than 4 kms from my door.

First guy I spoke to wasn’t very approachable even though it wasn’t busy; however the guys that helped afterward were awesome. Helped load the click and collect into the Ute double checking all items were accounted for.

They always have everything I need and I love that you can park right next to the store and run in and out. Also, unlike bunnings, theres always someone to ask if you need a hand.

Always a pleasure to deal with, good prices and they know what they are talking about . The staff are great and the golf day is always a blast.
