We had a great experience today for our sons 13th birthday party! Our party hostess Hannah was amazing!! She was patient, caring and kind with the kids!!! Nothing was too much or too hard for her. She was accommodating and helpful when we needed something or had a question. If we are to book another party there for one of my other kids, I would definitely request Hannah as my party hostess as she made the whole experience calm and relaxed. As a parent she took the stress out of the equation for this party. Thank you so much Hannah!

came tonight with my friends to play in timezone and jade was the most kind and accommodating worker and helped me and my friends out with all our questions. after playing we went to the bar and was served by a lady in a white shirt. she was a bit rude i dont know if she was having a bad day or not but jade deserves some recognition

From the website booking system and the helpful staff it was a great party with little to no fuss from me which was a big relief. The kids had an incredible time and so did the adults!  Thanks to the team for making everything so easy for us. Highly recommend Kingpin Macarthur team. We'll be back for sure. 10 out of 5 stars!

I attended a party here quite recently, one hosted by Keira W, and I have to say the service was absolutely exceptional. Great manners, service, and an all around bubbly demeanour. She also had extensive knowledge of the services available. My family and I would gladly attend one of her hosted parties again.

We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday Party here and I am very happy with the service provided. The host was amazing and very accomodating! The foods are awesome! My daughter had a wonderful birthday here at Kingpin MacArthur! I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Whether we come in before or after, we always find ourselves here during our date nights. Everything there is just so engaging and fun to explore ranging from the arcade to the escape rooms we've done it all. And we will gladly continue to do it all again.

I wish I could put more than 5 stars they deserve it!! We came here for a holiday and decided to come here as our outing. We booked the silver package and did lazer tag and karaoke. I had so much fun it was amazing this is my new favourite

We had Charlie as our host for laser tag and he was the best. Such great customer service, answered any of our questions and there were 15 of us and he just made our youth night that much better with his smile and kindness. Thanks Charlie

Yeah lovely bowling. Quality fun for the family. Fatima is absolutely amazing worker and should get a raise. Wowwwww she is the best. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and never seen anyone more efficient and Nicer. Peace and love

The party host was amazingly helpful and very patient with getting kids through the party program. My 10 yo had a blast with friends and family there. The food was also great and fresh. Definitely recommend this venue.

Had my son’s birthday party here today and it was fantastic! The kids had a great time, it was great value and Kiera the Hostess went above and beyond! Thanks so much for an awesome experience.

Understaffed!!! Waited way too long for our drinks. Didn’t receive all the drinks until our NINTH bowl!!! Beer towers were also a little short, we hadn’t received cups by then

At granddaughters party went to buy food for party no chicken nugets available was forced to have pizza see attached photos very unorganised and food awful Toilets filthy

I had my daughter’s birthday party here and had Neha as our host. Outstanding service and she really made sure everyone was having a great time. Thankyou Neha!

Kids parties are always so stressful to organise, but we're so glad that the team at Kingpin Macarthur Square was able to alleviate that for us.

Staff were super friendly and really accommodating! The song choices were great too!! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back :))
