Rudest staff there. I purchased a vaccum cleaner a month ago. Its already stopped working. On the website it says you can exchange faulty products for another without a receipt. Apparently I need to take it home clean it and track down a receipt for it. Disgusting that Kmart takes no responsibility for bad products. And no the problem wasn’t that it had dirt in there, it was an electrical fault and the vacuum cleaner makes a funny noise now and sounds like it’s about to explode. They treat their customers like dirt at this Kmart and will loudly argue with you just to avoid fulfilling their obligations. The product is supposed to have a 12 month warranty. I’m not cleaning a broken vaccum and ringing around to track down a receipt I went to big w and bought a new vaccum cleaner. I shop at Kmart almost every week, I will seriously stop coming here as much as I possibly can. They’ve lost a longtime loyal customer with me. Avoid this store!

Did a big appliance shop to replace items my housemate was taking when he moved out. So I ordered online and picked up at Stafford. First day picked up my order. Later I went home and realised items were missing. Went the next day to find out what was going on. First was in contact with Lauren. The Kmart staff back there was under the pump. She still found time for me. Heard my issues and was on the case. Later a gentleman named Jacob came to help too. They both “I feel” went above and beyond. If there is an award of sorts, these guys deserve it. Thank you to the both of you’s. Not only did you fix my problem, you did it while being busy and still remained professional as. Great job guys. Today I went in to grab a kitty litter tray with cover and after I paid for it I thought I’d better check if the lid fit before I leave the store , it didn’t ! I said to the boy with fair hair at the counter, can I just run back and switch the lid for another one ? and he looked at me pointing to the rear and said no you have to go to the service counter ! I said “ are you kidding ? He said no very rudely it’s not a joke ! So I stood inline for 10 minutes to get a refund ! Not impressed with the lack of customer service ! I’ve been in customer service for 32 years ! Shocking !

Wonderful experience..dug an unpriced tee shirt out of the pile,negotiated the mouse maze lined with choc bars to wait for a machine,scanned it success ..couldnt move process forward was getting flashing downward arrow . The one girl staff member was being torn apart. ....Tiptoed away apologised to security for not successfully making a purchase .he laughed..best thing is I saved $8.00. I know I wont ever be back there..theyll be gone in 12 months

Alex who was working at the service desk was very kind and helpful with helping my mum and I products, and Mia who was at the checkouts was really nice to us, they both have really good customer service :)

Click n collect at Customer service way inside shop and you wait long time before your turn comes for pick up. It is an arrangement against “click n collect” principles , why bother ….

Had a great experience at this store with a girl called Charlotte . Our items were not easy to find but she was super helpful to us and did it all with a beautiful smile.

This 5 stars is purely for Andrew at the customer service desk. He would have to be one of the nicest people I have ever been served by anywhere not just in a Kmart.

worst Kmart I've ever been to. Underwear section a disgrace. Arana Hills much better. Either pay your staff more or get rid of them
