Jose C and Loretta are the rudest, most condescending, unprofessional people i have ever spoken to. I can't say met because loretta is just jose's blood hound that jose sends because he's to afraid to show his face at all. I never met him face to face the time i lived here. He would only call on good times. Every time an issue arrived he would go ghost. The fridge in my unit has been out since superbowl sunday! It is march 13th and even after he's told me numerous times that the part for the fridge is in hand they have yet to come fix it. Now they're mad because i used some rent money to keep buying food for the day to feed my kids. Now I'm being asked to move because they didn't like that part. Run! Stay away from this very sketchy company. Or enter at your own risk!
