As far as I am aware this could be the only foreign language store left in Melbourne. Another one in Fitzroy seems to only be for students of the English language now. There is a wide selection of books in my target language of Arabic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I purchased a book thinking I should support a local bookstore for having local stock I could to peruse and was expecting to pay around 100% extra compared to online stores. I was pleasantly surprised to find the book I purchased is cheaper here than online. I'll be back again. Great store

The service here is amazing l forgot it was click and Collect, however the lady was still able to assist by asking what l was looking for and brought a variety for me to choose from. I was so astounded by the willingness to help l brought all the books in excess of $200. I’m impressed l would recommend this bookstore to everyone. I posted the books to my son and he is thrilled. Thank You sooo much Ps the desk calendar is beautiful. We will be back. The prices very reasonable with most books being about $25. A variety of levels and genres.

The staff are very friendly and the stock of foreign language books is extremely large. In the end I ordered a book from overseas which was all organized and ordered from Germany in a timely manner. For a foreign language book lover like me ( mainly Ancient Greek and Russian) the bookshop is like Aladdin's cave and I drop in regularly. The classics section is extensive and it always includes a few items such as Aristophanes ( the playwright Plato considered to be a genius ) which I didn't even know were "gettable" . Five Stars

Howard was extremely helpful and took his time explaining the benefits of purchasing certain products and sent me a quote within minutes. They’re ell organised and prompt with response to requests from interstate, including special orders for books only available from overseas publishers. Highly recommended.

Excellent selection, wide range of languages, and very friendly staff who are more than willing to resource any requests on order. Easy to find, lots of parking available. Inspirational atmosphere and easy to navigate product placement. Visiting the store in person is a must. The website is already well organised but the customer servince is above and beyond. Hidden Gem! Can’t recommend this place enough- visited with family who were visiting from overseas and was so impressed with the selection. Wide variety of books in heaps of languages, lots for kids as well as adults- both novels and non-fiction as well as books to actually learn the chosen language. Super helpful and friendly staff as well. Highly recommend, I shall definitely be coming back.

Very fast service and friendly, helpful staff. Still, I can only give 3 stars. I ordered a digital book in order to avoid waste of resources. It is not the bookshop's fault that there was no simple code to download the book right away, but it should be possible to reduce the packaging. To get a simple card with the code it was necessary to pack it in a 33 x 24 cm padded envelope.

Thank you for super speedy delivery. I ordered 3 books on Monday the 13th, they arrived on the 17th. I know we sometimes have to factor in the postal service, but knowing the shop shipped the order the next day was just delightful! Very well done, thank you. I will definitely come to order again.

Intext is my first port of call when looking for new resources. It's a fantastic supplier of language teaching resources. The team working there is informed about available resources for so many languages, and my book orders always get sorted fast and efficiently. Very highly recommended!

Such a great service and range. I bought a selection of books over the phone and the man who served me gave great recommendations and helped me purchase the right books. The books were also delivered directly to my home by one of the other staff members who was very lovely.

Great to have a physical shop to find children's books and novels in Italian and many other languages. Lovely and knowledgeable staff. Books can be expensive due to shipping costs but happy to pay extra and be able to browse the titles.

Very helpful staff; upon entering the store, I was greeted with a welcome and offered assistance. They were more than happy to help look for the books I was after in the warehouse, and offer to order the ones that wasn’t available.
