Laura Waters was the broker for our home selling and home buying experience. My wife and I were selling our house in Noblesville, IN and looking to buy a new home in Downtown Indianapolis. By Sunday evening we had a two offers at or above asking price and we formally accepted an offer on Sunday evening (merely 2 1/2 days after our house listed.) In mid 2021 my husband and I were moving from California to Indiana for our job and had to find a home remotely because of COVID. I was really nervous to buy something remotely because we have never owned a home nor had to purchase something so huge remotely! As first time homebuyers, my, at-the-time fiancé and I had no idea what to expect or what to look for in our home search in Indianapolis. We wanted a starter home that was older, had some charm, and at the same was something we could fix up ourselves. My now-husband and I were connected with Laura Waters when we scheduled a showing for a 100+ year old home through Zillow. When we showed up Laura seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us. From the first time we met her, I can say she always felt more like a friend than a realtor. That being said though, Laura Waters knows her stuff. Throughout the entire process, I always felt that Laura really made us a priority even though we were young and looking further outside the city. She was quick to jump on showings for houses that we wanted to see and was so thorough once we got to a property. I cannot say enough amazing things about Laura Waters. A year ago, Laura helped us sell our first home. Her strategically purposeful approach to real estate helped me clutch the best sell possible.
