मैले अहिलेसम्मकै नराम्रो अनुभव गरेको थिएँ। म त्यहाँ मेरो नेल एक्सटेन्सन र कपाल सुख्खा गर्न गएको थिएँ। नङ एक्स्टेन्सन गर्ने व्यक्तिले मेरो नङको आधारहरू च्यात्यो र सम्पूर्ण विस्तारको अवधि मेरो लागि धेरै पीडादायी थियो, मेरो औंलाहरू अन्तसम्म रगत बगिरहेको थियो। साथै तिनीहरूले गरेको विस्तारले मूल्यमा क्रोधित थिएन अपेक्षालाई बर्बाद गर्यो। तिनीहरूको खराब सेवा यहाँ रोकिएको छैन। अर्को चकित पार्ने पक्ष मूल्य निर्धारण थियो, मलाई सुरुमा फरक मूल्य भनिएको थियो तर जब म मेरो बिल भुक्तान गर्न गएँ तब नेल एक्सटेन्सन र हेयर बो ड्राई दुवैको लागि फरक र उच्च मूल्यहरू उद्धृत गरे। क्यासियरले मलाई भने कि मूल्य भिन्नता कर्मचारीलाई थाहा छैन। यो हास्यास्पद छ कि कसरी तिनीहरूले मात्र सम्पूर्ण मूल्य बढाउँछन् र तिनीहरूका आफ्नै कर्मचारीहरूलाई सेवा मूल्य निर्धारणको बारेमा थाहा छ। मैले त्यहाँ सबैभन्दा खराब र पीडादायी सेवा अनुभव गरें। म कसैलाई त्यहाँ गएर आफ्नो पैसा बर्बाद गर्न सिफारिस गर्दिन।

This is the worst salon I have been to. I told that aunty to cut my spilt ends and she cut off inches of my hair and didn’t even cut all the spilt ends. She cut like 10% only and she kept on annoying me about how I shouldn’t straighten my hair. Never coming back here.

I prefer Maharajgunj branch ! The staffs are friendly but one thing that I m confused about is the pricing. Their is no definite pricing for the same service. Actually pricing is based on the appearance of the clients. Transparency is a must !

My go to hair salon but 3 star because there is a female hairdresser who has ruined my haircut on multiple occasions. The male hairdressers are professional. Please do not cut your hair if the lady is on the job.

I come to this place daily and the pricing for a normal haircut here went from Rs.400 to 600 this year. The staffs are friendly and the place is clean.
