He was exceptionally knowledgable and provided fair and appropriate advice on the extent of repairs required to the roof and chimneys and offered competitive prices. We had asked other firms for quotes before finding Leeds Roofing Co and found their recommendations overpriced and not appropriate for the type of roof. Tony communicated well throughout and completed the work swiftly. The area was left tidy and secure. Due to the time of year there were a few programmed days where he was not able to work due to the frost, but we were notified early and told given alternative available dates. Tony and his team did a great job with our re-roofing during a very busy summer for the industry. They started by providing us with a very prompt and competitive quote. Communication was consistently great and a particular strength (both by email and phone). We got plenty of opportunities to discuss the various bits of work we were getting done with Tony before commissioning him, and a very clearly itemised, and easy to follow invoice as well. Following that, we got regular updates from him as dates got booked in, materials ordered, and work was carried out. Everything was completed in a very reasonable timeframe too, with further good communication from Tony as and when delays were unavoidable (e.g. due to weather). Leeds Roofing Company recently completed a full roof replacement, dormer insulation and re-tile, plus fascias and guttering works for us and I can honestly say it was a pleasure having Tony and his team at our address. From the initial conversation at the start of the year to the work being completed in May, as well as the many many many questions I had in between, Tony was a true professional and genuinely great person to speak with. The quote was extremely detailed; the price was very fair; the quality of work was of a very high standard and the property was left in a very tidy condition post-work. To begin with, Tony was quick in coming to assess the roof problem at our home and offered a competitive quote. Once approved, he started the work fairly quickly despite the not-so-great weather around. He used materials and fillings that set well at low temperatures. The progresses of the work were explained periodically in simple terms including using photos of the problem areas. He was quite flexible in altering or expanding the scope of the work upon request. My dormer roof was ripped off in a storm and landed in my garden. Tony and his team were a model of superb professionalism from start to finish. The initial assessment by Tony Juniper entailed a thoroughgoing discussion of the available options. The work - roof replacement - was done thoroughly and the team were courteous and considerate. On completion the site was left tidy and clean – the only residual problem was the fine dust, from tile cutting, clogging the bitumen drive. Tony and his team carried out a badly-needed, full replacement of roofing and guttering on my home, just in time to be thoroughly tested by a weekend of solid. heavy rain and winds! I can’t recommend Tony and his team enough. He is honest and trustworthy and his work is professional and more importantly lasts. He replaced an entire roof in our old house and then conducted a detailed survey of our new house which needed a lot of repair. He repaired leading, guttering and stone roof slates. He also kindly repointed a window after it started leaking. The repairs fitted the character of the house so you could not even tell it had been replaced.

We were really happy with the work Tony did - two roof installations on extensions. He was very professional throughout and took the time to explain everything. He also suggested things that really made difference to the finish - e.g. the curved glass roof lantern which reduced the noise of rain and the best type of tiles to tie in with the existing roof. We would definitely recommend and will use the company again as & when we need more work doing.

Tony came to give us advice and helpful suggestions and alternative solutions to our issue with ageing roof felt. We opted for a full roof replacement and Tony and his crew arrived in a timely manner every day and kept us informed at all stages of the installation .
