I’m from the City and just happened to walk past this store and thank goodness I did! I’d like to say a BIG thank you to Sue for guiding and advising me on how to feed my cavoodle properly. She has changed his life and mine as well. Sue is an extremely knowledgeable woman so anyone who comes in, listen to her advice. She is full of wisdom. Bless her heart. They will match any price. Friendly staff, always give free treats to your dog. Have a treat bar, it's like a lolly shop for dogs and my dog pulls me in for that very reason, staff remember your name and dogs name and dogs are allowed inside. Free advice on training and diet.

Street view took me 2 shops up & if i didn't know where it was i coulda been in for some dismay as to the actual shops whereabouts. Cheers. Ps i don't know if your questionair about good service was about the shop or maps. Please make this clear

Sue is a fountain of trusty information and this store is not overpriced. We are SO SO lucky to have a boutique pet store in Mornington.
