I'm a bit disappointed in the service of the management of the village. My car got damaged by a broken foot support of a disable signage. This was sticking out about 20 cm off the ground. It was early morning when it happened around 06:00 am. I tried to phone the centre on numerous occasions but they did not answer. I left messages still nobody go back to meback. Eventually I got intouch with them I told the manager what happened and she said she will contact the facility manager to look in to it and get back to me which he never did. It is the village responsibilities to look after there site and now I'm left with damage to my car which I am unable to afford to fix the damages now. I feel they should take responsibility.
