Just visited this store and was served by Caitlin, invoice no. 9313938010500. Purchased 4 bottles of Veuve and some Sav Blanc. As I work and live CBD this store is convenient for me, asked for a bag and was told "we don't have any" , I have been here a few times now and the store has only had carry bags once, I mentioned this might be something they need to mention to management. The attendant replied, " what would you like me to do, if we order them and they don't arrive what can we do" . I'm sorry, wrong answer, how about, sorry we will take note and hope to improve. And i'm sorry, with a $300 + transaction the least you could do is ask to swipe my flybuys card which was not asked, Customer service makes a business, just sayin'!

In a convenient location to hotel. Service was less than average, limited range of wine but it is a small store.

Friendly & helpful staff. Good selection of wines!
