This has been my usual place but today (28/5/22 at 4:50) I received a worse racist experience ever. This gentleman was polite to other customers but when he saw me, he couldn’t put his racist act together. He demanded to see my ID and when I asked him why, he said it is his first time to serve me. Imagine, how many first timer costumers are providing IDs in the stores? He was unable to give me an explanation of his actions. I decided to returned the drink back to the store and walk off and promise never to step foot in the store again. I normally don’t write reviews but this store needs to serve people equally irrespective of their appearance.

New Zealand lady Melaina!?? Not sure the spelling but the lady that works there is extremely rude. She stuffs up an order and still takes no responsibility, nor tries to help fix the situation. Customer service was atrocious! Abuses me and then says I am being rude..?!? Definitely lost my business because of HER specifically!!!! Cheers liquorland, hope you do something about the customer service being provided to your customers at Eden Rise Berwick. Already made complaint, so anyone else that’s had the same experience I advise to do the same thing!!! Lady shouldn’t be serving alcohol, bad situation in the making…

purchased some bourben and cola cans via uber eats and the person working on shift gave me the completely wrong order that wasnt even the same type of drink i ordered. i assumed perhaps they ran out of stock of the item i purchased however they refused to contact me to ask what drinks i would like in exchange OR declare via uber eats that item was out of stock THEN when i requested a refund they didnt refund me the full amount for wich i already paid. Shocking service and amazed at the audacity of the person working there to not even try resolve the issue

Was trying to find a certain tequila bottle becaue i really needed to prepare for the weekend (friday night 10pm), this lovely blonde girl went above and beyond trying to find this particular bottle but was not successful, however she did find me a alternative. I havent received customer service like this ever. Just want to say keep up the good work and you deserve a payrise! Date - 16/03/18 10pm. Thanks :)

I went late in the evening, the bloke working was brilliant. The beer I bought was on special, I really liked the way he suggested the special. I don't usually buy much alcohol each time but without feeling rushed I thought why not. The bloke working told me about the closing hours about to change which was really handy. I'll keep the store in mind next time.

Hello there this morning i was order online but unfortunately there is 2 lady working in store and his saw my name and cancel my order coz im from different countrie and then went to store she’s behaviours very rude i recommend to all dont go there

Great place to stop, always in and out very quickly even when it's busy. I bought a few bottles on special and they always seem to give you a quality material bag to take them home and in, for no extra cost. Great job!

A handy bottle shop to pick up your alcoholic beverages, especially if you are doing your grocery shopping at Coles.

Stocks are great, however service is shocking.. I think the guys name was Navindra. Shocking and uninterested
