I was pleasantly suprised that although some prices are still more expensive than a average bottle shop, Coles has finally started to bring some of their prices down on popular products and I've found on the past 3 visits there's been something I like on special which was good enough for me and brought me back for the second and third visit to make sure it wasn't just a one off kind of deal. I'll keep monitoring their prices for a while yet but so far so good lately.

Very friendly staff member that served me. Was less than impressed with manager who thought himself being self entitled wearing his mask under his chin while at the register whereas his staff were wearing it correctly. If customers are required then staff should be too, including managers!!

Interesting going to a liquor shop where the staff don't have product information! Assistant presumed all organic wine was preservative free.... Previous time assistant (not the same one) wasn't aware of which liquers were sold.

It's just a normal Liquorland. Staff are friendly and polite. They always offer the specials they've got listed at the counter (at least in the 2-3x I've been).

Staff friendly & extremely helpful, was after a particular wine to cook with & they very patiently helped me pick the exact one at a very reasonable price.

Pretty annoying that, unlike Woolworths, you can't pay for Coles items in Liquorland. Otherwise a good store with competitive prices.

I went there to get a bottle of Carlton Draught beer this morning so I can make beer batter Fish for myself for Lunch tomorrow.

Staff always willing to help, even if I ask for obscure wines/liquor. Specials are worth looking out for.
