The young staff that I've encountered are so courteous and friendly and have correct pleasant attitude. I've been shopping here (Liquorland) and Coles Food for over 40 years in Frankston way back when it was Coles New World on Nepean. They're realistic with discounts when use by date has only 1 day to go, which is much appreciated when youre a self funded retiree with ZERO help from all 3 levels of Government and money's super-tight.

Very poor retail practice - meant to be open (arrived 2:25PM on Saturday) but doors closed with no note or signage. Coles staff also not informed where the Liquorland staff had gone. Waited 35 minutes and gave up, along with at least 10 other customers. Not hard to stick up a Post-it or tell the Coles front counter staff when you'll be back.

Had a pleasant experience on my hunt for some bourbon, used my gift card without fuss. Staff were friendly and helpful, store is well layed out and organized. Didn't take me long to find what I was looking for, in and out within 5 minutes.

Erin the manager is the best person to ask for reccomendations, the store is bright and lively and easy to locate what I need . The team is always helpful and friendly. Fantastic store.

Hi this store is always clean, well stocked but staff are a bit vague about stock & availability they haven't heard of but still helpful & easy to get to whether you drive or not.

Prices are ok for the Bayside Frankston area which is a low-income area not many people can afford these prices and service is ok as well
