I just had an extremely poor experience with the cashier at this store. I had just entered the store and was looking up the price of a bottle of alcohol to compare with another retailer and the cashier requested my ID. she refused to allow me to remain in the store without seeing my ID. I have never been carded to remain in a shop before. If I was purchasing something, I totally understand, but I was not and the cashier was extremely rude. I know you can be carded this way entering licensed entertainment venues, but have never experienced that in a liquor store before.

Try getting a refund through these guys is painful. Pay in full for a click and collect advertised on their website to find out 24hrs later they don’t even have it in stock!! So why advertise it??? Never again!!

I've been lucky they stock Melbourne made Ned's Whiskey. My new go to whiskey and cola can pack. This time when I visited it was on special so got the 10 pack and saved more$$$.
