Was my go to shop untill Christmas Eve . Been away on holidays so had no time to follow this up . Christmas Eve I was about to purchase 3 box of alcohol for gifts. As I was about to reach the counter the young girl serving was coughing and splattering everywhere before proceeding to putting a mask on . So asked if she was sick and she started to Mock me . The lady on the counter next to here started to do the same . The lady serving me then said "you can get someone else to serve you, infact I can even refuse to serve you and you'll have no beer for Christmas" So I left the alcohol on the counter and went to bws where I got friendly smile and no mocking. I found this extremely unprofessional and with everything going on with covid and the world completely inappropriate!! I will never be going back!!

the fridges that store the beer are never cold, i have complained to them online but never got a response and i have been going there for the past year, i spoke to a staff member the other day and i asked her when the management were going to fix them and she said they have been out to fix them 3 times in the last 6 months but still the beer is room temp, if every other bottle shop can sell cold beer then why can't you, it's not rocket science, just spend the money and fix you fridges, everything is more expensive these days and even if it is a high volume store and people are opening and closing the fridges all the time the beer is still cold elsewhere at high volume stores, don't shop there unless you want it at room temperature

Large range.Glad of there later hours and Michael and staff are always helpful and nice.Apart from one person 40/50 something brown hair short build avoid her she's a bully bossy always .She said we close at 10 tonight be sharp which is rude over the phone.I won't go there at all.Its only 8:15pm I live ten mins walk 2 mins drive.Complains about other people that come in ordering alcohol and not picking it up on time.Completely unprofessional to here this from a staff member.Shes probably lost half a shift whinging.

Went into Penrith Liquorland tonight at about 8.30pm to buy a couple of bottles of liqueurs - found a trolley obstructing the aisle. I moved it to get in closer - was then told by the sales girl "I put that trolley there for a reason (with attitude) - I put it there to stop people doing a runner with the bottles." If there is no sign on the trolley how am I supposed to know? Am I a mind reader? Not going back to Penrith Liquorland.

Nothing but Discriminative and rude staff. Wouldn’t even go there because they don’t deserve your money. Walk over to first choice and the staff are beautiful and super friendly and NO DISCRIMINATION

Obviously pathetic 196 have been out of stock in this store sine November but your website says different Dan Murphy's all the way make me come there for nothing

The range of stock was ok. But we're short of the couple of beer & pre-mix drink options I was after. Ended up going across the car park to choice liquor....

Just another Liquorland. However if you want make late shopping this is place to go with Coles next door. Closing time is way better than local BWS.

The alcohol was great here and there was a very helpful worker named Ben who helped carry alcohol to my aunty’s car. Very great service. 5/5

Small outlet, next to Coles, has all the mainstays in your lockdown requirements. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great customer service there is this one worker named Jade that always goes above and beyond to help us out.

Good selection, for a small grog shop. Service is a bit hit & miss, depending on who's working the checkout
