I want to thank Neil and Marvin for their thoughtful creative assistance. And thanks to them we were able to DIY a situation that could have cost significant $$ and visits from two specialists. Every visit I made to this store has left me felt welcomed, understood (no matter how many silly questions I asked), and happy (to have found a solution here!) I've been to other hardware stores but the team here are not only experts at what they do but also have good empathy and knack for humor to make you feel that it's all going to be ok. Cause the reason why I'm going here is often to do home maintenance and it feels terrifying at times to feel unsure how to resolve it. In this particular visit, we were really stuck with a particular water situation. We tried to assess which item to help loosen up the pipe. Marvin not only kindly helped us find the aisles but also took out a similar pipe as ours to demonstrate how we are to use accurately. In fact it helped us determine what is the better product out of the few that was in the store and he helped us identify it. That first step helped a great deal to our situation but we still needed an extra tool to truly shut down the water. We came back and this is where we got Neil's support. Neil not only understood our needs to show some products that were on shelves but went a step further. When we shared the additional challenges in the angle where the pipe was he offered to cut a new pipe to create a custom twister - a creative solution!! He shared the idea. We confirmed the pipe price to be reasonable to test out. And cut out the pieces in how it may help us. And man that worked wonders! It solved a problem we had for a year that we couldn't resolve all in an effective creative way because they listened really and cared for the customers. Though I've always enjoyed all past visits. This custom care really deserves a 5- star review and a shoutout to their amazing people. Thank you Logan Hardware!

What a disappointment. I go to Logan Hardware because I value the personal service and the attention I can get from the store staff. However today I didn't get the level of service you expect from a proximity store. I bought some fuses, and when I arrived home I realized they were the wrong amperage. I quickly went back and I found their door shut at 7:01(they close at 7pm). There was still people inside finishing shopping and I asked through the window to an employee if they could just please exchange the fuses for me. I didn't even need to go inside the store, the fuses were the same price, they could have just easily get the right ones and hand them over to me. However, she and her colleagues refused to do me "the favor". They even refused to listen to me and they kept making aggressive signs through the window to make me go. I understand that employees want to go home, even that there is no way to ring anyone after the store is closed, I get all of that. Here I was asking for a simple favor, something that would have taken them the same amount of time they took just to curse me out through the window. I would have not been surprised if I had gotten that service in a big-box store, but that's not what I expect from a neighborhood store that I patronize often and that I consider a member of our community. I am disappointed, I though of Logan Hardware as a nice neighbor, now I see that they are just no different than any other soul-less business.

It actually makes me sad to give Logan Hardware less than 5 stars, because they usually provide great customer service. I feel like since they've moved from their old location on P, though, the service has gone downhill. By way of example, I went in a couple of weeks ago with an unusual lightbulb that I needed to replace. They didn't have any in stock and said they'd have to order one for me (okay, no big deal). However, the sales associate couldn't manage to look it up or tell me how much it would cost. He told me to just leave the lightbulb with my name and phone number and someone would call me once the bulb was ordered. Lo and behold, no one ever called, and now they've lost the lighbulb and can't even tell me what it was so I can go elsewhere. You can do better, Logan Hardware!

I have never shopped at a hardware store for over an hour in my life. I went there to buy a hammer and nails and left 90 minutes later with a whole lot more. They have all kinds of hardware but so much more for the home. Many items are also 'one-of-a-kind' type items that make great gifts at a very good price. Great gifts can be found there for office workers who need to find something cheap, yet unique for a co-worker or for your own home. There are also an array of items for people who enjoy gardening and even some toys for kids. I particularly liked some wooden painted spoons that were maybe from Thailand or Bangladesh I don't remember, but they were delightful. I will definitely be back to re-examine some items in this store in the near future.

- Rude and Racist staff- While I was making a purchase at this store, a cashier which name is Donita asked me 'how was my day?', I responded: 'Very good, thank you!'. I was ready to pay and then suddenly she made a rude comment and said: are you still learning english ? And laughed with other staff member that was next to her. I am a Latina customer, the last thing that I was expecting is a racist comment from a staff member. I never leave bad reviews, however, I found extremely rude and racist received those types comments in a store. With this review I hope to show her there (are) consequences to this type of behaviour. It’s sad to see this sort of racism still in 2020 and in Washington, DC! I won't go back to this store ever again.

I remember when this place first opened on 14th and P St. It had great friendly staff who were so knowledgeable and always gave you guidance with a cheery smile. That has changed DRASTICALLY. On the last several instances that my family has been to the location on 14th street , the customer service has been atrocious. Rude, indiffferent behavior is now the norm. From the staff at the cash register who barely look away from their phones, to staffers who are supposed to help us with their expertise in the aisles who openly scoff or walk away from basic, polite questions. There needs to be a serious overhauling at this place. Until then, I am going to go to the local hardware store on 17th st.

Logan Hardware has the BEST customer service. I live in the neighborhood so I shop there a lot. Today I needed an allen wrench and couldn't find the right size. I had FOUR sales associates working with me for 20 minutes until we solved the problem. All for an $0.85 sale. One of their associates once chased me a block down the street to tell me that even though they didn't have the battery I was looking for he'd found a compatible one (and he was right). They carry all kinds of things you wouldn't normally expect a hardware store to carry and I've learned that if I don't have it around the house, check there first. It is always a pleasure to shop there.

Let me just tell you how much I like and respect this store and the employees. I’m one of those people who knows nothing about home renovations or repairs but I like trying. I’ve worked with Neil twice now and he has given me really great instructions that have been super easy to follow, he gathers up all the products for me, and this is a big deal because I’m in a wheelchair. Most of all he’s patient. I get this same service from everyone, I just want to make sure to give Neil the props he deserves. I no longer live near Logan Hardware, but I’ll keep coming no matter where I live in the city. Thanks everyone for the awesome customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but I've had (three!) wonderful experiences at this Ace location in the past week. In the process of tackling an ambitious DIY project, I've received excellent customer service from the lumber, paint and hardware departments. I have to single out Geoff, who on my third visit took the time to talk through some issues I was having with my project, offering both encouragement and expertise. In addition to exceptional customer service and advice, this location is well stocked, and I was pleased with the range of services (e.g. lumber, paint) offered right in the thick of downtown. Definitely lives up to the Ace jingle!

  • serfas 606

Went there yesterday, one of the workers totally ignored me and looked the other way when I wanted to ask him a question. The aisles are so thin, we almost bumped into each other and he acted like I wasn’t there. Then another guy was tight behind him. He did the same thing. No eye contact, totally looking the other way while they’re walking by me. I spoke up and asked the second guy for help. He helped me but I could tell he didn’t really want to. Both young guys. Definitely the older generation have better customer service skills. The younger ones seem lazy and are unfriendly. I think I’ll just go to TrueValue on 17th st from now on.

Woman at the cash register was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Manager was worse. I bought a mask that did mot have a price on it, and then after I paid for it and saw my receipt I realized that it was much more expensive that what I had thought and wanted to return it. The person at the register and her manager insisted that I cannot return the mask based on their policy, even though I literally purchased it 2 minutes earlier. 2 MINUTES!!! I get the policy, but come on!! If they were nice about maybe I wouldn’t have cared, but they were so incredibly rude and arrogant. I am a local neighbor and will never go back to this store. NEVER.

  • Bill Lane

Don’t let the convenience fool you. While this is a “local small business” it charges a 200% markup on most items. I bought a wreath 2 days for $40 and it’s bone dry already. In hindsight I realized I should have bought it somewhere else. It’s my fault for not doing more research - but I trusted the “local neighborhood hardware store.” My mistake. Not to be a sellout, but I’d say shop online. This place is a grift and I don’t recommend it. Also - their customer service is hit or miss. You’ll have 45 people bombarding you to ask if you need help and then get to a register where the person is cold and rude.

  • Sophia Flores

First time here. This is a very popular place! There was a line outside. Probably a pandemic thing, and it was a Saturday too. There was someone outside letting people in. I went to buy a rake and the employees were very helpful which was great because it's a bit of a maze. The store aisles are narrow and I had a backpack so it was awkward at times. That combined with Covid shopping rules (not store rules as far as I'm aware) of getting what you need quickly and getting out was a shame because there are two floors to browse in there. So much more than hardware! Next year, hopefully.

  • Paul Durbin

If you want service and quick check out go to True Value on 17th. Completely different experience with knowledgeable staff ready for you at the door who will help you and then check you out right away. 100% of the true value staff knows their stuff. Here it’s mainly people who will just check you out and don’t know hardware. This place has equally good inventory and later hours, but it’s not a hardware store experience. And for what it’s worth this is an Ace Hardware, which advertises on Fox News, should you want to avoid supporting Fox.

  • Nicholas Kowalski

Logan Hardware is the best hardware store in DC. They have impeccable customer service. All their staff are wired to talk to each other. As soon as you enter, they offer their assistance. If you are looking for something upstairs, they'll call the rep upstairs and let them know you are on your way up and what you are looking for. I hope and pray a big-box store does not pop up in their market region. I recommend to anyone and everyone to go here if you are looking for something for home, garden, bbq, whatever.

  • Ricardo Stewart

That place has all types of Plumbing electrical supplies if you cannot find it at that store it is not available did has plants Plumbing electrical chemical everything you could imagine is in this store I was so impressed I definitely cannot speak about other hardware store but this is the best one in Washington DC if not just to come and see the variety and selection that they have in there is very very encouraging you cannot go in there not fine with you want not a finer store in the District of Columbia

  • Emily Shaw

I love this place--such a friendly neighborhood vibe. I get all my plants here, and this one guy who works there (sorry don't remember the name) is my plant guru. They will repot your plants for a small fee if you bring them in, which is so helpful when you live in an apartment. Also--their plants are so reasonably priced!! I bought a gorgeous 7-foot fiddle leaf fig on a whim because the price was literally a quarter of what you'd pay at [unnamed nearby plant shop]. Thank you for everything you do!!

  • William Zondersen

Been going to "Ace Logan Hardware" continuously since 2010. There are a lot of good memories for me of: humor, good Staff help, nice fellow customer interactions, interesting finds of things you didn't know you needed, loverly houseplants, sweet outdoor plant patio, and seasonal products- just to name a few memories. A few photos of Plants and such from "Ace Logan Hardware" attached. [[It is very nice to hear back in an inviting manner from the Owner; always cool to be appreciated.]]

  • Dan Halpert

Looks like a small store from the outside but they have just about anything you could need for your city apartment. The staff knows every inch of this store and can easily help you find the nuts and bolts (lol) of what you need for your project. Also, this place houses an underrated selection of plants upstairs! Make sure to swing by check it out. Almost all the plants I’ve bought there have been well cared for and are still living now. I’ll hopefully be back to buy more plants soon.

  • Bossi

I love this place so very much. If I need something: they have it, and the customer service is unparalleled in DC. Really... I can't think of ANYWHERE in DC (even if it's not a hardware store) that is as friendly and helpful as Logan Hardware. This is a place that every other business should aspire to. Logan Hardware is a neighborhood staple. My only criticism is that their new spot (as of their 2014 move) -- while pleasantly larger -- is several blocks further away from home!

  • Halsey Payne

So much more than just hardware. You walk in to find Hugh Jackman, shirtless, reprising his role in 'Logan,' the gritty finale to the Wolverine series. When he's not helping you compare paint swatches, he puts sharp-edged (and fairly-priced) tools between his fingers and spins around for a while. Very neat. Sometimes he gets confused and breaks into one of his musical roles, but hey the guy has a nice singing voice. Would recommend a visit for your hardware needs

  • Mike Derzko

An enormous selection of products, fairly priced, right at your fingertips – all this in the middle of the city. Logan Hardware is bigger than you think with multiple floors of hardware, gardening supplies, kitchen utensils, and everything else you might need to run your home/apartment. On top of that, the staff are courteous, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and invariably cheery. Logan Hardware helps make 14th St not just a place to live, but a true neighborhood.

  • Rosario Costas

I had good experiences at this store in the past but last Sunday when I didn't get the 50% discount on a second item as the advertisement said. The clerk said the discount was only for ACE members, when I asked him to enroll me as a member he said they were not accepting new members. Is the weirdest thing I've ever heard since enrollment on line is still advertised. I didn't feel welcome at the 14th street store. I rather take my business somewhere else.

  • Chris Price

I don't think people appreciate how Ace Hardware's co-op model really preserves the "Local Hardware Store" feel of places like Logan Hardware while still giving you the prices and selection of a megasized corporate chain. Logan Hardware has amazing and helpful employees. Clean, well organized and appropriately stocked shelves. It's also got a cozy neighborhood vibe that makes shipping in the heart of the city feel like you're in a friendly small town.

  • Preston Zen

There is a craftsman there that helped me fix my car window!!! Lonté was the main reason my experience was so great! He works in the back and really knows his stuff. He has a lot of experience in the hardware store industry so I thought he might have been a store owner in the past. If you ever stop by this place definitely ask for Lonté as he’ll make sure that you get taken care of and can help with nearly any of your projects.

  • James Lee

They have what you need/ are looking for 7/10 times. For instance, i needed repair parts for two Kohler toilets and they had nearly zero Kohler compatible options available. I don't think I could tell you another toilet brand if my life depended on it. From past experience, Kohler is absolutely the most common toilet and I would have expected them to have parts that were compatible with them.

  • Critical Chris

There used to be many more of these small mom and pop hardware stores around the old federal city part of DC, as recently as a decade ago. As the commercial storefront rents have gotten so damn expensive, many of them have been driven out of business. But not this place. They had a good selection of what I needed during my visit, which was some epoxy. I would definitely come back here again.

  • Alexandra Allen

Truly got the best customer service experience of my life at Logan Hardware. Neil B. not only helped me find everything I needed, he was INVESTED in my woodworking project and gave me all kinds of advice based on his experience, and even pitched some new ideas I hadn't considered before. I will be coming back here for all future projects of this scale. Thanks Neil you're a champ!

  • Ben Zeigler

Most of the Ace Hardware locations in the area have had remarkably friendly and helpful employees when I stop through. Logan Hardware just happens to be the closest one to me. Can usually find what I'm looking for on one of their two floors (so larger than most in the area too). Great selection of everything for the inside and outside of your house. It's also dog friendly.

  • KN Steinecke

Love having this little gem of a hardware store right around the corner. I had a shut off valve we needed for kitchen sink when none of the Lowe's and Home Depots didn't. I haven't been to the AdMo Ace to compare but we get everything we need here most of the time when we have a small repair. Cute little gem and nice to have in the neighborhood.

  • Leigh Rawls

Fantastic hardware store with really friendly and helpful staff! They are always eager to help and know a lot about what they stock. They are priced for their location though, meaning that you are going to pay a good bit more for everything than you would at Home Depot or Lowes, but the convenience of the location is the trade off.

  • Kendall Legarreta

I had an early morning meltdown with my bike valve and tire not holding air. Neil B helped me and was so nice!!! He explained the problem, fixed it, and gave me recommendations to make sure I don’t get myself in a bind! He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He was such a pleasure to get help from!! Logan Hardware is the best (:

  • Janice W

Since we lost our Ace at 5th & L, this is the closest hardware store to us. The layout is a bit funky but the staff on the floor are very helpful and they do have a decent stock. I was very impressed that they had 3 cashiers available and attentive but I did have some difficulty understanding the cashier I was interacting with.

  • Peter Seibert

Awful customer service. On hold 3 times for 10 minutes and then, of course, all you get is attitude. If you don't like customers asking questions find a different line of work. This place used to be a great place to shop - now everyone who works here acts like it's too much trouble to do their job - typical DC workers.

  • dipika

Where is the six star option? I have lived in the neighborhood for quite some time now and can't believe I hadn't been here sooner. Everyone working here is incredibly friendly and the service is exceptional. They have almost everything home repair related and even have a nice small plant selection upstairs.

  • Malcolm McDowell

I hope the the employees of Logan Hardware read this. THANK YOU FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially the gentleman at the register. His personality and disposition was sooooo pleasant and inviting. He was a breath of fresh air, even though it was raining outside, it was sunny in Logan Hardware.

  • Lukas

They do not know the difference between "base" paint and premixed white. I was told they had something in stock (they supposedly checked and confirmed). I arrived shortly after and they did not have it. The guy was rude and acted annoyed with me. Don't turn here for your paint color needs.

  • Manuel Rebeca

We got very bad service at the check out. I was with a friend and with my toddler. We left without buying at the end. Great service with the team helping inside, extremely impolite at the check out. Won't return again despite is at the corner of my house. Maybe all because I had an accent?

  • Dillon Chai

Came in to buy zip ties to pull a tire valve closer to the frame, but one of the staff members, Jorge, instead helped me affix it using copper wire which worked so much better. Cannot recommend this store highly enough, Jorge really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed!

  • izze beats

i recently visited this store. i had such a great customer service experience here. ( from when i walked in the door, to when i bought soil for my garden and etc) honestly i shop at a nursery in va for my plant needs, but ace was able to educate and help me with all my needs. thank you

  • Anthony Hoang

This is the go to hardware store in the city. I will make it a point to go here on customer service alone. I did not get the worker's name but they had long hair and black beanie. They were so knowledgeable and was even able to pin point exact locations of where items are located.

  • J.W. Comer

A great neighborhood store; a local institution, practically. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who will help you find anything. And they pretty much have everything in the realm of hardware, which is important in an area with a lot of old homes and unusual hardware in them.

  • John M

I walked in to buy some spray paint that had to match some parts,a few odds and ends that were uncommon, and some special drill bits. They had everything I needed, an associate helped me get in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Very good service, I will come back.

  • Regal Tone T

Great store and great service from the young lady who assisted me with my plants and my repotting of the plants that I purchased. Great attitude and she was able to handle me in an easy fashion. Thank you for having an amazing store relatively close to my residence.

  • Nathan Moon

Logan Ace Hardware is a modern equivalent of your neighborhood hardware store. Cheery, attentive sales folks with knowledge of the stuff in their department and others. I walk farther to go to Logan even though there are closer Ace stores. Highly recommended.

  • Robert Bolen

This store is full of caring people and fantastic tools. On two separate occasions, Jorje has gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect solution. It is wonderful to have a local place where experts provide guidance in a kind, nonjudgmental manner.

  • Edward Downs

We are so lucky to have Logan Hardware in our neighborhood! The owner always seems to have in stock whatever I need, the staff is helpful and polite, and the atmosphere of the store is consistently welcoming to everyone. Plus, they are dog-friendly, too!

  • Majeed arzoomand

Friday night April 13, three immature girls (I wish I could instead say "young women") at the cash registers. Loud, argumentative, disrespectful, contradicting each other answering a customer. I blame it on the management that hired these airheads.

  • Matt Prezioso

Friendly and helpful staff. Their massive selection has helped me on a number of occasions without breaking the bank when a random home issue has popped up and requires immediate response. If you can’t find it, ask, because it’s probably there!

  • John Heinemann

Great selection and friendly staff. Amazon is all well and good, but when it comes to doing things with tools, I want to pick a product up and look at it before I buy it and once I'm there, I'll happily pay an extra 10% for knowledgeable staff.

  • Anat L

This hardware store sells live animals. I saw five packages of lady bugs - alive, crawling, captured, trying to get out from their packages - being sold. I think it’s cruel and I ask that this store stop supporting the live animal trade.

  • Jeff Hoyt

Great store in a lively part of the city. They put a LOT of merchandise in every square foot. If this place was sitting in my town right next to a big box store, the big box would never see me except for an occasional sheet of plywood.

  • Jeff Sauri

They consistently have just about everything I look for in stock. Plus their staff is always helpful knowledgeable and friendly. It should not be understated how convenient it is to have a hardware store in such an urban neighborhood.

  • Tierra Foster

I like this store. They didn't have the key that I needed but the lady that worked there was nice and recommended another location, and the younger guy that worked there was super nice and accommodating. I would reccomend this store.

  • Brad Sargent

I just love everything about this store. Its America with a roof and stairs- great products and SUPER STAFF hats off to these ladies and gentlemen for their pride and know how. They have literally saved the day many many times....

  • Chuck Jones

This double-townhouse converted to retail hardware store has everything you can imagine needing. Other than lumber and large appliances, you will find what you need. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service is a plus.

  • Ian Peters

Absolutely fantastic. Everything and anything you could possibly want, conveniently located and with pleasant and knowledgeable service. Somehow a better and more reliable inventory than the big home improvement stores.

  • Charles Ellmaker

Our neighborhood hardware has the best service of any store period. The staff, who are plentiful, are always enthusiastically helpful and you never have to track them down; they come to you. Consistently excellent.

  • Chime Nwankwo

Even though the black gentleman behind the counter isn't interested in helping anyone, everyone else made up for it! Clear directions and follow through. I appreciate a neighborhood hardware store, and ill be back.

  • Alex DiCaprio

Very helpful staff and a dog friendly store. Staff assisted me in selecting plumbing supplies to fix an issue with piping I was running into. They even have me some spare pipe as I only needed about an inch of PVC

  • Michael Dalesio

The employees there are friendly. What they sell there is diverse and plentiful. If you can’t make it to the Home Depot, this is the supply store for you. As a hardware store, the employees are not knowledgeable.

  • Andrew Corson

Very friendly and helpful service, they offered advice and pointed me in the right direction even in passing while busy with other customers. I highly recommend checking with them for any of your hardware needs.

  • Erica W

The staff here ROCK. Super-friendly and helpful. Much pricier than buying from Amazon or Bed, Bath and Beyond, but worth it for when you need customer service. Sign up for rewards and you'll get $5 off coupons.

  • Jim Parrett

Went there to get glass cut and paint matched. l was pleasantly surprised how helpful and courteous the whole staff were. They were able to take care of what I needed so I could finish my project. Thank you!!!

  • Chris Saslo

Not only are the staff friendly but incredibly knowledgeable of all of the things for your needs at home. I have to say it was such a nice experience that I will be back even if it's for the littlest of things

  • Dwayne B

Logan Hardward has a bit of everything along its multiple levels. They are my go-to plant spot. Ive gotten a few houseplants there during this pandemic we are still in. The staff are friendly and helpful.

  • Ibeth P.

Se consige de todo! Pude conseguir accesorios y utensilios para plantar. === Quick update May 19th My husband just bought the most expensive balloons. Not fair to hyper inflate such prices! $2 a balloon!

  • Kate Sanitzer

God-sent in our neighborhood for gardening tools. I run here all the time while I am gardening especially since all the major home improvement stores are so far away. Great selection of gardening stuff.

  • Theresa Poge

I love this store, location is perfect for me,cause I love NW,and the store ha everything I need, customer service is awesome, the employees work with u to find exactly what u looking for,I just love it

  • Lance Seibenhener

Small hardware store (expected in an urban setting), so a bit tight . . . Had most everything you would need. We're out of stock on some bolts but no biggie . . . Got a longer bolt. Friendly staff.

  • Joanna Fister

Jorge gave exceptional customer service! He helped me copy a key, which was very unique. He went the extra mile to help me, and I greatly appreciated it! He really knows his stuff! Thanks Jorge!

  • A B

Fantastic store and incredible staff! They all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Jerome helped me solve a problem with my door knobs - he was so patient and helpful! Thank you ACE!

  • Oliver Clayton

Came in right before they closed and Dale still took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. It’s unusual these days to find someone who takes pride in their work. Dude needs a raise

  • Erik Makic

Best hardware store in town. Very deceptively large and encompassing space inside compared to it's humble exterior. Very helpful staff and every hardware item imaginable is available here.

  • Paul Sturtevant

Logan hardware is a great little store, locally owned. Good selection of things for apartment living, though only a small garden section and practically nonexistent for lumber and such.

  • Baba Harsh

This place is great, I understand it's a mom and pop shop but man the prices are super high. The people are somewhat helpful but got a lot of short answers. Ended up at Home Depot.

  • Xyan Rose

It's more of a hardware store than a Target, and more of a Target than a hardware store. I needed a 2x4 and they had it, but it was $10. It was straight. I recommend the root beer.

  • Greg Amiker

Multiple Floors, with a little bit of everything that you need for yout home or Project. Whether it's Plants, Plumbing, or Electrical its a one stop shop with knowledgeable staff.

  • Ana Cristina Canales Gomez

Great garden stuff!! Seeds, pots, everything for gardening!!! Attention is great!! Could use some upgrade of the corridors they are a bit narrow and you bump into stuff a bit!

  • Marc

While Ace is a chain hardware store, Logan Hardware makes you feel like you are in a neighborhood hardware store. They are helpful and courteous... something rare these days.

  • Ryan Hurd

Very old school mom and pop type of hardware store that is greatly missed in today's hustle and bustle. The staff is super friendly and have pretty much everything you need.

  • Kevin Hughes

Love this place. The staff are lovely, they have everything you need at a reasonable price, they are amazing with pups, the owners are wonderful... What more could you want?

  • Zeno Elea

A remodeling oasis in DC! Logan's carries an amazing variety of home & building supplies for virtually every trade. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

  • Michelle Bailey

Had a great experience! Came in with a broken key, was locked out of my home. Gene did his best to copy the key. We weren't sure if it would work, but it worked perfectly!

  • Laura Peters

Is there anything Logan Hardware doesn't have? I think not! Well stocked, great employees who are knowledgeable and helpful. More than just a neighborhood Ace Hardware.

  • Debra Singletary

It was a pleasant experience, customer service was the best in the store and over the phone Ace hardware has always been my go to hardware store. Keep up the good work.

  • Katherine Koehler

I don't even like hardware stores but I like coming here. Great plants. Knife sharpening. Cute stuff. And a lot of hardware too I guess. Lol. Friendly customer service

Staff was very solicitous (in a good way.) When I couldn't find the unusual item that I needed, staff went out of their way to find it with little to go off of.

Bought some bathroom appliances and the staff were very helpful. Even recommended me some appliances that will do the job better. Plus, it's local and I like it.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Worth the slightly higher price on some things to be able to walk to the store and get the help you're looking for.

Marvin is awesome. I came in knowing nothing about using wall anchors to hang curtains, and he helped me choose the right ones along with the right screws.

So this is super weird but they sell the best cream soda at the counter. I love ace for being small hardware with a little bit of everything. Thx!

Amazing customer service and great selection of tools and supplies. Really handy to have a Greta hardware store readily available on 14th street.

Very convenient and the most incredible service you'll ever receive at a hardware store! They have *everything* ... thank you for staying open!

They probably have what you need, and there's nice people there to help you find it! A bit pricey but that's to be expected in this area.

A hidden gem, did not know there was an upstairs section. With a bonus garden area with a wonderful plant selection!!! Nice surprise

Super helpful staff, good selection of hardware. The plant corner is cute and has standard houseplants and some more uncommon ones.
