My partner and I have been looking for a property in the Ivanhoe area and have been talking to and dealing with a lot of agents of late. So far there has been one standout in terms of professionalism and communication. Sydney Guerin of this agency has been incredible to deal with. I am writing this review as we just missed out on a property that was everything we required. Unfortunately we could not get up to Melbourne quickly enough to pick it up but this was no fault of Sydney's. Originally enquiring about another property Sydney went out of her way to suggest another option for us. I can tell that you are a person who cares about helping people and most importantly for a real estate agent, gets back to them and answers your phone. I would strongly encourage any prospective sellers or owners looking to rent their property to use Sydney and the Love and Co team. It is surprising how many agents have not fielded or answered our queries despite their properties being listed for months. This is not the case with Sydney at Love and Co. Highly recommended. I am sad we were not able to rent through your team Sydney. You are an incredible agent. We will take our time and keep an eye out for any other properties from you, I would happily choose something less than ideal just to rent with an agent of your skill and communication. My partner and I were very fortunate to come across Jess from Love and Co Realestate when we were looking for a house to rent in Victoria. Due to moving interstate it was very difficult for us to get a house as a lot of real estates wouldn’t consider our application until I contacted Jess from Love and Co realestate. Jess had a property for lease that we were really interested in so I emailed her and explained our situation and she was very kind and understanding and more than happy for us to apply. The whole process with our application was very easy and we were able to do an inspection of the property via video call. Jess always kept us updated about our application and within a few days of applying we got a call from her to tell us that the property was ours. I have to say, real estate agents aren't a business I'm typically likely to spend energy reviewing. This one is a white-hot exception. Sydney Geurin managed the property I was renting in Kew for about 3 years, and quite honestly from the moment she first introduced herself at the inspection, and the genuine warmth she conveyed in saying hello to the existing tenants, to her generosity and patience with the inevitable complications of moving out, I could not speak more highly of Sydney's professionalism, personability and helpfulness. She was consistently organised, on the ball, quick to (considerately) follow up when I missed something I had agreed to do. She's a superstar.

Sydney at Love & Co has been the property manager of the townhouse that I have leased for the past four and a half years. She has been thorough in her approach and attentive to any issues that have arisen. Matters have been take back to the owners where relevant and simple issues resolved when necessary. Inspections have been handled to fit in with agreed times. Enquired repeatedly about organising an inspection of a rental property, but didn't get a response at all outside of an auto reply saying they had no inspections scheduled. It's no surprise that this property is still available and dropped in rent by $50 a week over the month it was listed. I feel for the landlords who are losing rental income due to the agents not following up regarding potential tenants.

Sydney from Love & Co Ivanhoe was our property manager for nearly to years. She looked after us and the property very well from application to bond refund. Maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and communication was quick and friendly with no delays getting approval for needed works from the landlord. Please consider before you decide to sign up with Love & Co for property management services. They have one of the highest fees, but provide minimum service. I hardly speak to my property manager however, if I do have questions it takes over a week to get in contact them. I have read all the google comments below and we have not dealt with Sydney.
