Staff member walks right past customers without attending to them. Went out of my way to say excuse me and get an item to check stock levels/ what store have it. First response was, it's whatever is on the rack and I asked for other stores. Lady demonstrates no interest in customer service and takes the item to check the item on the computer. She then asks the customer who were standing at the register if they were being attended and they said no. It then became a vibe as if I had pushed in. I had apologised to the couple in multiple ways to demonstrate sincerity as they looked annoyed. I had assumed they were being attended to as they had Items in hand and standing there talking. The worker had passed them multiple times thus given me the impression that they were already being served. I think this was completely a terrible experience and could have escalated a situation between customers. I really don't like Lowes and their type of service. Unfortunately it is the only store which actually sells an item off rack in 2 lengths and this company doesn't offer click and collect to reduce interaction with staff who hate customers.

I always need to replace my items of clothing from time to time. I go to Lowes to buy polo shirts which I wear most times of the year. I also buy other items of clothing at Lowes. If you need to buy quality clothing at affordable prices then Lowes is the place to go to. There is only one time where I pay more than usual and that is when I buy Farah brand business trousers. Farah brand business trousers may cost a lot, but, I want items of clothing to be of high quality and wearability. These trousers fit me perfectly and I usually team the trousers with an all leather belt. If you want to buy a quality belt then buy an all leather belt. The staff at Lowes Top Ryde are very friendly and helpful. If you don't know where Lowes is it is located on the lower ground floor level(food court level).

I bought clothes at top ryde lowes and i am very happy with my new clothers . The workers were very helpfull and were very polite towards me . I reccomend people to go to lowes at top ryde .Its a very good shop for buying nice and good clothes .

PATHETIC. Disgusting Service, will never shop again at Lowes Ryde. Learn customer service otherwise don’t work in a service engagement role! Anthony, learn some customer service and stop being so rude to customers!

They have a great staff. Not just out to sell you the most expensive items, but the best for the situations you need the clothes for. Respect that.

Can you please update your opening hours on google, I rushed to get here before it closed “at 6pm” only to find it had already closed at 5:30pm.

Well I find it quite good because there not over expensive they have a lot of sales other than that I really don't have any opinion..

Had item i needed. But did have to wait for service. Normally not a problem but i was in a rush.

Good prices and variety, was looking for Hawaiian shirts to wear to a holiday conference.
