Fort Knox Mansfield is a great place to store your belongings. We were with them for over three years, our furniture and personal effects were safely locked up until we recently emptied our unit. Scott is a very friendly and professional manager who will do everything to ensure your unit is looked after, he was amazing to deal with and any requests we had were fulfilled in a timely and expedient manner. If we ever had the need, we would definitely use Fort Knox Mansfield again.

I cannot praise the staff and the facility at Fort Knox Mansfield enough. Myself and my staff were always well communicated to, our deliveries were secure and the onsite managers went above and beyond their job callings to ensure our business operation didn't hit any hurtles. Fantastic service. Jason is efficient friendly and professional. His help was really appreciated when we had to find storage facilities for a decreased estate at short notice. The facility is clean and well kept security is good and communication can't be faulted.. Only quibble would be to ask for access to be a little later. Eg 7 or 8pm. I have just removed my household goods from storage at Fort Knox Mansfield after storing them there for almost two years. Throughout that period the facility was always clean, accessible and well maintained. The service provided by the facility manager Scott was first class. Nothing is too much trouble to him in assisting customers.

Scott was fabulous. Always polite and helpful. The storage facility was kept clean and the easy access and available trolleys made the usage of the unit stress free.
