Don’t bother making reservation through their website because the information they provide is misleading and the people working there obviously do NOT care about their customers. I made that mistake and within an hour of my reservation I had an emergency so I called to reschedule. The person I spoke to over the phone assured me that event hough the deposit is non-refundable, I can simply call at a different date and reschedule and still use my deposit. It is also written in the email that I can reschedule. However, when I called to to that they told me that first I cannot make reservation over the phone, which means I would have to go to the website. But on the website you can only make a new reservation. Second, when I tried to explain that they told me there’s no way for them to honor my deposit as it expired and the reservation was cancelled. I do not have a cancellation email. There’s NO expiration date in the confirmation email nor did anyone ever told me when I called to tell them I won't be able to make it. I spoke to the manager who was immediately bothered and frustrated by my call. He said he wasn’t the one I spoke to the first time and he cannot do anything to help at all. So I simply just have to forget about this payment and make a new reservation , hence, pay again. Why would I ever want to spend $35 on nothing and then try to do the same. I would understand if I didn't show up and never bother to inform them. But that's not the case. Poor customer service. Expensive for a place that have so many restrictions! No thanks! I will rather go ANYWHERE else!

A friend and I went to go get some food late last night. As there are not many places open late night (besides trash like McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr., etc.) we decided we’d go to Yard House (also overrated and overpriced but hey, what can you do when you have the munchies?) to order from their appetizers. Unfortunately, Yard House’s kitchen had closed and they were only doing bar service. Subsequently, we head over to Ms. Lucky Strike LA Live as we’ve been there a few times before and have ordered food that was pretty good. Man, listen to me when I tell you: we had some of the nastiest food that we’ve had in a long time. It was terrible! I skimmed through Yelp reviews and it appears as though corporate changed the whole menu (this made sense as we didn’t recognize half the items). Even while buzzed, I could only eat about 2 wings. And don’t even get me started on these “waffles”. Complete TRASH and a waste or money. I was EVIL!

The bowling alley is really nice from decor to ambiance to the food and drinks we ordered. Customer service is a bit of a toss up. I patiently stood there waiting for 15 minutes while the lady at the front desk was on the phone. — Another employee walked up, saw me waiting there, and didn’t even bother greeting me or saying “Sorry for the wait, we’ll be right with you” … nothing. Just walked away after grabbing what they needed. I want to say I have high standards after having run several multimillion dollar stores, but at LEAST acknowledging your clients is a customer service basic that I’d expect from the lowest of fast food places, let alone from an “upscale” bowling alley. On the upside, our waitress made up for the girl at the front desk. She was polite, attentive, came to check on us at least 7 times throughout the night. The service was quick too! We’ll be back because of her. 4/5 overall.

Place was fun overall. Very clean and kept very well temperature-wise considering we are working closer to prime time summer season. Lanes were available when we went, although it was only a Tuesday night. Crowd seemed very far and wasn't too excited or distracting to other lanes. Food and drinks aren't expensive but definitely aren't the cheapest. We had some cocktails, a few beers, and the steak nachos. All were decent, but the extra 6 bucks to add maybe 1.5oz of steak to the nachos is a joke. Food service button at the lane didn't work and the waitress we had wasn't attentive at all. This is the only reason I would rate this place actually 3.5 stars if I could. Overall, nice place though and would recommend. Hopefully not a generic response from the owner like I see copied and pasted for everyone else's reviews. If that's the case, I'll have to adjust this for sure...

Super disappointed with my last experience with Lucky Strike went last Friday, it was very empty sat at the bar and I’ve never experienced bad service like this. Kept getting ignored by a male and female bartender. They completely pretended as if we weren’t there (me and another person) and any time we ordered something they would wait in front to make sure that we had money to pay each drink and food item every time. Which we clearly did why would we go there? I questioned myself if this was discrimination as they were white, honestly worst experience and service. Super disappointing, and when we got service from the women she gave me major attitude as if we weren’t paying customers. This occurred on May 5th at night time. Definitely choosing yard house next time.

Definitely staff waitress can’t remember her name she dropped my credit card could not find it and wouldn’t even have nerve to tell me and what’s worse the manager knew and also just kept looking for my card till one of my friends went and ask what was going on she responded by saying she was having an issue and still would not say she had lost my credit card. She claimed she has been looking for it. One of my friends went to look for it and found it on the floor. I told the s waitress and she made it sound like my friend had the card all the time when I personally had placed the card with the bill and handed it to her. But you would think the manager would come And apologize or something nothing just a simple I Sorry from s waitress .

Lucky Strike in LA! What can you say other than let's have some fun while visiting LA. This is in the heart of the Staples Center area and has a huge crowd on the weekends. We had a little wait to get lanes and once we did it was like any other Lucky Strike except this was LA. It was nothing to see people you know from movies, tv or sports that stopped by or passed through. It was the who's who for a minute and not much bowling was going on. Hey, who's there to bowl in LA when you are having fun with food, drinks, pictures and people watching? It was a blast and the staff was professional from start to finish. We will return again very soon and this time we will bowl more that have fun with everything else.

Pretty pointless to throw a party here if you can't even take the leftover food home. I cannot believe the rules they have in place for that. It's not like they are a mom and pop struggling to stay open. They're Lucky Strike! Also the staff down there are pretty lackluster. Could use a revamp on how they conduct their business with paying customers. The food was already paid for and still they said we couldn't take any with us. Never holding a party here again. I like Dave and Busters better anyway! Just wanted to point out that alot of people complain of their "rules" and how they conduct business. I wish I could talk to whoever made these rules. I'd give them a free lesson in customer service.

First impressions based on the price and the comfortable upscale aesthetic suggest this place holds itself to a pretty high standard compared to the average neighborhood bowling alley. The drink menu featuring craft cocktails confirms this, but the food does not. I appreciated the range of options but was expecting the quality to be higher. Mac n cheese bites are like a mouthful of Velveeta and I've had nicer margherita pizza from the Frozen section at trader Joe's. Bowling was super fun though! The lanes are really tight so I think it's a better experience if you have enough people for two lanes, though it was slow enough when I went with my group of six that we could still spread out a bit

I had my husband bday here. Service was slow. Food took long, but the chicken tinga was good. There was ac in the bar area where we hung out but once we got into the bowling area there was no ac... i had ro find a waitress to ask them to turn on ac and ahe told me that the ac didn't work in that room... now having went in the summer you would think this would be a disclaimer before we waited to play. Not only was there no ac, when we were playing no one checked up on us nor did they ask us if we wanted drinks or anything. Im happy i never signed the contract to have a bigger party. If im about to drop $700 plus the ac should be working.

Went here for a private event, it is an interesting bowling experience and atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend catering a private event here. During the event they didn't bother to have enough "food servers" on staff and asking any other staff didn't get me anywhere. I have specific food alllergies that left me with one option of all the dishes they provide and after spending over half an hour to get the first and only round of food I was only able to eat the tortilla chips and dip. I even asked for a second serving, and after waiting for 45 minutes and asking 3 different employees for some more of what I could eat I left.

  • Fernando Heredia

it was for a group reservation whole placed reserved, felt grate but affer an hour.of.only getting 1batch of fries for 20 of us i got hangry, i asked the staff whats up and all they woukd say was the food is coming out in waves. unfortunately. It still persisted and the only way we got any food was when we started stealing food from other tables, they felt bad for us cause they saw what was going on. what really made it worst was the staff kep giving food to the table behind us, which still had food left over it was supposed to be and end.to the holiday week but it left.me worst. the best moment when we left.

WOW!! Went to the Clippers game, couple weeks ago and oh my goodness, what great service I received. There was a young lady I believe if I remember correctly her name was Jenny, and I believe she was a manager. When I tell you she gave great customer service, she went above and beyond. Being from out of town, it was comforting to know she had our backs. She suggested things for us to do while we were visiting LA. If you are ever down by the Staples Center you should definitely stop in and get the Shrimp and Grits, and hopefully Jenny and her staff will blow you away with their excellence.

I am very disappointed and I will not go to lucky strike again. Total false advertisement, they display “Happy Hour” M-W 4:00-8:00PM. Once you get there, they change the menu, the Happy Hour is only for drinks and NOT for the food. I wonder as so why it was so empty at 6:00 PM. Once people noticed the change in the menu, they started to leave. Please do not mislead your customer (with your fine priint). If you do not offer the $4 food menu, do not advertise it outside of LA Live to attract customer. You just lost a loyal customer. My family and I will take our business somewhere else.

  • Mike Soleno

We bought two games, unfortunately we couldn’t start for 15 minutes because after throwing one ball the computer locked up. Then we couldn’t start the second game because they thought we paid for one game, after showing them how much we paid we could finally start the second. Good luck actually playing. The ball wouldn’t return, having us stuck for ten minutes waiting for help. Then the lane shut down halfway through the second game. I’ve been in line for 15 minutes waiting to get it resolved. One star is a bit high for the not quite ready for business alley.

  • Brian Bergström

Has a really good time, bowling was fun, the food was delicious, waitress was really attentive and constantly ensured that everyone has everything they wanted. The troublesome part was when it was time to leave, our event was to include parking validation. Took about 15 minutes for the manager to come talk with me. Showed him the email in which parking validation was included, he reiterated that they don't validate. So each of us had to cough up $20 for parking. After contacting the events manager, the amount we paid for parking was fully refunded.

  • Jeff Moore

There were 6 people in our party and we ate at 6 different times and took over an hour. They forgot 2 of our meals. The waitress was nice but failed to check back on us. Horrible experience. manager failed to come over to the table. We had to go track the manager down and she was little help. She ended up trying to make it right and chasing us to the door. We told her to make it right with the staff so they don't have to go through the situation. Lucky Strike has potential. Put the customer first and you can turn Around the horrible reviews.

  • Luke Dixon

Hip place for bowling... Pros : Good Music, drinks and sports on big TVs. CONS : Our Party dropped over $500 for bowling, food and drinks. BUT WE COULDN'T TAKE OUR LEFT OVER FOOD TO GO, WHICH WAS A LOT OF FOOD. So two problems with that! One, they are going to throw away all of that perfectly good food! Or two, they are planning to reserve our food to other people! We had 2 full pizzas, a whole platter of chicken strips, a platter of cheese nuggets, and a platter of veggie eggs rolls. Either way you look at it, that's just bad business!!!

  • Kevin Sewell

Lucky Strike is definitely a fun spot in downtown LA! I do think it's a little pricey but it's great for work team events or just group hangouts. The service was very good and the food was just OK, but good for finger foods. The sliders had beef that was well seasoned and seems high quality, the egg rolls and potstickers were okay, and the guacamole was probably the best dish, fresh flavor, not too salty. Seating was comfortable but a lot of the couches seemed a bit worn. Still, a great place to hang out with a great ambience!

  • Joe Dav

Perfect place with the perfect people! Staff was strong and professional, dress code was enforced at 9pm so the staff ask me to turn my hat around to the front...NP. There was strange man sitting down staring at my party and I bowling with no intentions to play or pay, the staff jumped with on top of the situation and got the disruption out the bowling alley and even compensated my party and I with a little extra bowling time for the disruption. Lucky Strike is pricey but well worth the money and the food is good! Thanks guys!

Went here 3 - 4 times alone in the past 3 weeks to scope out customer service for all patrons at the spot. I am a self independent reviewer and love checking out local venues to see how the service and food\drinks are. I saw a few complaints as well as had some issues myself, but each time I came back those issues were resolved. 4 solid stars and my next visit i am confident this Lucky Strike location will earn that last 5th star. The service team are working hard and management have been upholding excellent customer service.

I've attended at least five different private party functions (for work) here. Those times have been fine. My visit today with a class group seemed kinda meh. I ordered some soft drinks and pizza at the bar with a friend; the bartender was pretty aloof and I now really regret that I left him a tip. I realize that we were the first customers of the morning, and I kind of suspect that the managment takes special care not to staff the bowling alley with their best employees during this shift.

  • Eddie Elias

The place looks good. You can have a really nice time with your friends and prices are reasonable. However when I came there there wasn't anyone serving, I had to go on the bar to ask for menu. The bar tender told us we do have server and we should wait for her. The server was walking around us, pretending she doesn't see us. I think she should at least to say hi give me a moment. After 15 minutes we stranded up and left the place. Place is really nice but they should work on the staff.

  • Omeed Jamali

My friends father was turned away for wearing a white T-Shirt (because only gangsters wear white t-shirts). I was told I couldn't wear my hat backwards (because the orientation of your hat makes you a gangster or not). I was told I could not vape IN THE SMOKING SECTION. When I asked why, they said they can't tell what was inside. I wonder if they go around checking peoples cigarettes to see what they have in them. Arbitrary rules mean I take my business elsewhere. First and Last time.

Love whenever there is an event at Lucky Strike, as their VIP room in the back is great. You can bowl, play pool, private bar and couches to sit and relax. And their food isn't bad! Quesadillas, wings, nuggets, fries, pizza, even the pretzels are good. Drinks aren't bad and I love their special drinks for premieres or special events. If you like to have a fun time bowling, playing pool, or just hanging out with friends at the bar, this may be the place for you while at LA Live!

  • Ritzy M.

On a busy Sat. night the women's bathroom was filthy. I honestly dont think it gets detailed in anyway. The stains on the mirrors and hand dryers seemed permanent. It's just gross. For a Business in a prime location they take NO pride in providing a clean restroom for their patrons. And they have the nerve to charge $14 for a Jack&Coke, $16 for a long island ice tea. The DJ was good and the bartender was nice. I cant imagine what that place looks like with light on.

  • Andrea Valenzuela

I called on Saturday to double check that they were open on Sunday. I asked the lady I spoke to if she could make sure that they are open because I was going to go for my birthday with some friends. She said no we are for sure open. When we all started to arrive it was closed for a private event. They should make sure they give accurate information to people. They could of ruined my birthday, luckily I was able to let every one know in time to go somewhere else.

  • Monica Vargas

Super annoyed! I call this place @ 7:45pm to bring my kiddos bowling ... I saw that their was an age limit... so before we drove one hour to get there ... I called ahead... the girl that answered the phone told me yes... just walk in before 9am . We got here @ 8:45 the bouncer told me we couldn't come in..and we would have to ask manager ... really... then the lady told me if I made reservations because the wait was an hour and a half...this place sucks!

  • Demetri

Great ambiance; dark setting but that makes for great bowling. The TV's are great for watching sports and the drink I had was good (Sailor Jerry's rum & Coke). $15/person per hour plus shoes! It is steep but it's DTLA so I'm getting used to overpriced anything over here. The lanes are great, seating is comfortable and even though my son loves spending his Daddy's money, even he was smart enough to say that we can eat some place else for those prices.

  • Rodrigo

By the far the best bowling spot I’ve been to. There are two descent bar areas and the servers are pretty great, excellent customer service. Parking is very expensive so park on street and walk over if you can. Great times when there are Laker or Clipper or King’s games. ***Update*** Bowled with my little cousins and they were able to get bumpers and a slider. The bowling experience is top notch and the night club feel after 10pm is pretty cool.

  • D. Moe

Great fun. Private party in the reserved room. Very cool. Relaxing atmosphere & friendly staff. Great views, good pool, excellent drinks, yummy food, terrific bowling (4 private lanes), and even better company. An amazing location in DTLA at LA Live to get away from the hustle of the routine for a few hours with the entire staff. A great morale & team builder at a reasonable cost per head. Looking forward to doing it again in a few months.

  • Reggie Lamptey

Very nice place. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. They even have some evening happy hour specials. The staff was pretty friendly. The only issue is we had a malfunctioning lane. So it took forever to finish one game. We didnt even get a chance to play a 2nd game because it would stop working and it took time to get it fixed. However the manager gave us a refund for our second game. Which was great but we did want to play both games.

  • Jeremy Collins Hasshaw

If I could I would give it a 0 star. I was violated I was yelled at to get out of the men's restroom! You may not understand the importance of a Transgender person to use the bathroom they identify with. It was a very nice place was going to recommend some people to go there again but I will NEVER go there again! You'd think they'd be Trans friendly but honestly I was Out in front of everyone! I hope management learns from this mistake!

  • Kenyon Schultz

Planned a group event here and was dissatisfied with the experience. Was not told it was 100% non-refundable until after I tried to cancel the event. Unresponsive planning team until they called me to ask if I wanted to reschedule (with a rescheduling fee tacked on). Seemed to be a bit shady in how they operated but the bowling itself looks fun :)

A very nice Gurrrlllls Day Out, We enjoyed the amenities..........from the Jacuzi's, to the Sauna and Cool room; However, my deep tissue massage was very basic body rub. The Therapist had a light and soft touch, with No Deep penetrating pressure or power (quite dissapointed). And, we entertained the Asian Fusion Cuisine was not to our taste. Overall, It is a Great Palace for relaxing and de-Stressing.

  • JC JC

Fun clean place to go bowling as long as your not hungry. Eat first and take an Uber. Between parking cost, nasty food :-( and lacking service it can be disappointing. The drinks and food are the lowest quality of frozen fast food warmed up you could find. Filled with preservatives salt and sugar the drinks are pretty much the same. As bad as it is they’re going to charge you a $$$ of money for it.

  • Daniel Pugh

Just went in during E3 on Sunday. Not busy but karaoke does not make it a fun place to play pool or even hangout. Band was good but not for the venue. Too loud and too close. Stayed long enough to play one round of pool and finish one drink. Any other day might be better. Service was very good and fast. Also very understanding when my group decided to call it after one round of pool and drinks.

  • Tea Chai

What a hot spot for friends to hang out, bowl, or shoot pool! Such a nice lounge area and so many great food options!! Clean restrooms, clean rooms and floors, clean cut staffers (shout out to Natalie!) and such a good time with ease and comfort! Drinks were well recommended and tasted! Food was delicious and savory! Didn’t get to try desserts, but there’s always next time!!! Thank you!!!

  • Janice Chang Yu

Fun relaxed atmosphere for bowling/parties; eat good food and full bar drinks at your lane. A little darker (lighting-wise) than I'd prefer but lanes are well lit and it's festive. On the pricier side but on point with downtown LA. Go on off hours (weekdays and daytime weekend), not busy and servers are much more accommodating! They don't validate parking though.

  • Diana Retana

It is very beautiful here. First the scenery is amazing. You get a nice view of downtown Los Angeles. Then the atmosphere of the place is very chill and really g with a sophisticated feel to it. Staff is also very helpful. They were frequently checking to see if we needed any assistance with drinks and stuff. And best if all parking was not expensive at all.

  • Justin Gossett

This is one of my favorite spots to hang out. The lounge area is really nice and the drinks were well prepared. They have a bowling alley, pool tables and karaoke to keep the evening fun and lively. But the food is also a hidden gem. It wasn't your typical bar food; it was well prepared, creative, and flavorful. A great place to go for a fine night.

  • Karl Wooster

Have bowled here 3 separate times when attending conferences at the neighboring conference center. Great atmosphere with secluded groups of lanes. Great for a get together. Bar and food is good, acceptable service. Great place to do something during the down time of a conference or the night it ends before your flight the next morning!

  • Darryl Smock Jr

This is a great place no doubt, but i took a date there last week and the hostess/ server was pretty aggressive with checking in on us.... They literally stood at a distance a was watching us bowl. I don't know if they're usually this way but we didn't feel comfortable.. besides that the place is quite beautiful and the food is good.

  • Amy Frances

Way overpriced for bowling on friday nights. We were brought two trays of food we did not order. They did apologize and the food was on the house but the worst was that they don't validate after I called to confirm this and was told it would be $5 parking in the east garage. Food was delicious though. We lucked out on that at least

  • Toko Dillard-Greene

Chill place to bowl. The nice thing is you can eat and drink while enjoying all you can bowl. Walk-ins are ok, but I would suggest reserving your lane ahead of time. Also right near the Staples Center (A.k.a Crypto.com) and several other restaurants and bars. Another cool feature is you can take the Expo Line right to L.A Live.

  • Corey Thompson

Had a bad experience here a while back. They started closing down before before we even started our last game and refused to refund us for the unplayed game. We had to fight with them to stay open long enough to let us get a few extra rounds in. May not have staff's fault but it's definitely bad policy on behalf of management.

  • Christian Andre Campos

Amazing place in the middle of the city to come bowling or even get a nice game of billiards. On weekends they definitely have the vibes and live DJ. Chris the bartender is really skilled with his craft and super welcoming, along with the rest of the staff. A great spot to bring a date or even have some fun with your family.

  • Vron James Goaton

We were asked to leave a lane that was sold to us in the middle of a game because it was reserved for group. The lane we were given wasn't clean yet and there were no more space to use the balls we were using since the rack was full. We finished our games and completed our session. The reserving party still wasn't there.

  • Leonardo Espino

Fun place and good drink selections in the bar. I brought my girlfriend here for Valentine's, they said they were going to make it a Valentine's theme, so i reserved a lane. It wasn't really themed, however, even the music was not themed. That kind of bothered me. Overall, we had fun and the service was friendly.

  • Daniel Margheim

I was impressed by the service. Servers were confident and talkative, which I consider positive attributes. The bowling was fun, drinks were great, and the BBQ Chicken pizza was incredible! Definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the neighborhood and looking for something fun to do for an hour or two.

  • scttstphn22

Went here for a work event and had a great time! The place was a little loud as with any bowling alley, but there was nowhere in this place where we could answer our phones and be able to hear them. The entire place was well decorated and very upscale! I definitely recommend holding an event here!

  • Nekie G

Everything was great except we kept having issues with both of our lanes. Maybe they need some maintenance updates. Although the staff was very accommodating every time we had an issue they came to assist very quickly or fixed whatever issue we have with delaying. And customer service was great.

  • Jonny Minton

Overpriced vowing alley. Just been taken over by Bowlersma and introduced mandatory 18% service charges on food and alcohol. Bad service and they still asked for a gratuity separate from that whopping service charge. Who do they think they are?

We had so many issues here. From the card machine not working then having to have the lanes and computer reset three times AND then having to move lanes. I'm giving them more than one star because the staff were very helpful and kind through the technical difficulties, which was appreciated.

  • Ark M (Mushedroom's Toy Box)

we had a great time bowling except one of our lanes had issues. no worries because the helpful and nice staff quickly put us on a different lane and no more problems. with a great selection of beers and able-bartenders ready to create any drinks you want, this insured our night was perfect!

  • Kenny Huynh

Was here for the celebration of the last day of anime expo. Waitress told us they can't give out a plate of food and we have to take it off her plate. Then turned around and hand a plate to the other table. Drinks are good, food is okay, staff needs to be retrained on customer service.

The Lucky Strike LA Live is an Unpretentious & intimate place to have lunch or dinner. I was here with a friend & sampled their fish & chips & buttermilk fried chicken & found these two dishes devilicious paired with an excellent wine from Chile- Carmenerre. A true gem in Echo Park!

  • Rari Blmn

Need extreme work on customer service. Normally go to this place on mondays for the $10 unlimited bowling night/happy hour. The promotion as I remembered said shoes included but tonight a manger told me that this was never the case. Even tho I’ve been to this place many times. Smh

Really really cool spot to come bowl and have some food and drinks with friends. Super clean. Super trendy. Very friendly staff. It's just expensive for how much I want to spend when I go bowling. Honestly loved this place/great for looking impressive taking a date out

  • Rudy Fito

Good place to bowl. Drinks are great. The only thing is the slider. A wanna be meat substitute Patty. I know it's the new "I wanna be healthy thing" but this is a bowling alley. Sometimes you need a place to get away from all this fast city pace and be bad sometimes.

  • Kendra W.

Fun place to bowl and hang out with friends. Food was decent. I ordered the jerk chicken sliders, which barely had chicken, but it was good....or I was just hungry. I didn't drink, but looking at the amount of cups at our table, I'd assume the drinks were good.

  • Idiot Sonya

We’re in from Buffalo, NY again (Go Bills) and have gone here three times, most recently on 4/4/23. Always a great time, great food, and great service. Even won $10 on bet with a friend on who would win the match. We’ll be back next year. …

  • Sarah S.J.

Fun place to have drinks and listen to a live dj while bowling. This place is a great choice if you want to bowl in an adult environment vs your traditional bowling alley. The location is cool, and there are plenty of places to hit up before or after.

  • Ross Curtis

This is bowling at it's finest. I felt clean, safe, and had a wonderful time! The prices are unbelievable for the quality experience you receive here. The food and service is also excellent. I strongly encourage you to visit here. Perfect date night!

  • Amir M

Staff is very friendly! Had a company event here, they were very quick to take our orders, they were quick to take care if any issues that came up with putting the names in. The event was during a weekday and it was pretty empty. Great spot overall

  • Raul Cienfuegos

I go to this place for the Sunday karaoke nights they have there. Karaoke starts at 8pm and ends at 12am. Julian is the host for the karaoke and he is amazing at what he does. Some of the best voices I've ever heard at karaoke perform here.

I went there w a bunch of friends all wheelchair users and they were very nice and friendly, very accommodating, moving tables or chairs so that we all fit comfortably. Waitresses were very polite and came up to us to offer us more drinks.

Great place to preparty before a Staples center game, Yard house is generally packed and has a wait but Lucky Strike is minimal to no wait, tons of staff, great happy hour till 7pm AND surprisingly good food (try the wings and sliders).

  • Lisa Casali

The waitress asks for your credit card at the beginning to make sure you don't run out on your bill, which is fine, but when we left she gave back the wrong credit card and charged someone else's bill on mine. Seriously!?!?!?!?

Lots of fun great environment ..went for a birthday party and had a wonderful time even my 4 year old lived it!! Also staff was super friendly and helpful and the manger/supervisor was awesome . definitely will visit again!

  • Kelly Holland Fitzgibbons

Very fun venue, attended a reception here. Hosts ran a karaoke contest that was well suited to the space. When its crowded, tough to maneuver around but a fair amount of seating and separate bars to make it manageable.

  • Michelle Lane

Very cool venue. Our company hosted an event here and all attendees loved it. There was plenty of space for the louder music area and quieter networking spots. It is an expensive location, but worth the experience.

  • Anna Cott

Was there tonight April 9th. There was alot going on when we showed up. The tall doorman, I believe his name was Joshua or Jose. Was able to assist and get me pointed in the right direction! We had a great time!

  • Andrew Cooper

Nice place, quality decor and surroundings. Appallingly high prices. 27 dollars for 2 people to play one game of bowling on a tue night. 16 dollars for 2 drinks. Liked it, but the prices dictated a short stay.

  • Yonason Quinn

What an amazing environment. We got to bowl in a very reasonably priced VIP lane. The ambience was awesome the service was exceptional and the quality was A+ I am not a bowler but a great time was surely had.

  • Mariel Vera Ortega

A great bowling alley for adults and it's also a nice restaurant. Great service from the staff. I particularly liked all the TV's facing where you bowl that way you can enjoy bowling and watch the game.

  • Bobby Cerza

The place itself is incredibly stylish with unique artwork along the walls. Every lane has a comfortable couch and the service was incredibly friendly and quick. Best bowling experience I've had jn LA!

  • Cynthia Nichols

Awesome place!! I never seen a bowling alley like that one. They had comfortable couch to sit while you bowl they also serve you food and drinks. Great DJ. Great lounge..I will absolutely be back!!

  • Ivory Randall

Went to lucky strike after the fight last weekend. It was pretty packed in there. They only had lanes for $100/hr. The DJ had the music lit all night. We had a good time, the drinks were good too.

  • Jeanne Jordan

Happy to have this new place in the neighborhood! Food is good and service is great! Since I work in Koreatown, I'm used to getting the corvina fish as part of the banchan. Will be back for sure!

  • Chris Babu

Helen and Craig were awesome and friendly bartenders- great old fashioneds and cool to talk to. Great place to watch the game or get your bowling on! Make sure to get the Tempura Chicken Tenders.

  • Raymond Hart

Nice, cool, quiet upstars bar at LA Live. Bowling alley sounds are controlled very well so sitting at the bar makes conversation comfortable. They have 10 to 12 beers on tap, and a full bar.

  • Elizabeth Pointer

Had a very wonderful experience here...food was delicious and service was exellent. Had our Football Group here and will be back. Thank you for your Hospitalty Liz from The West Coast Bucs

  • Alex

Worked all day at the event, wanted some food and beers. Service sucks... this place is not even busy. They only care about selling alcohol here, don't both to come here for a quick bite

  • eveasyful

My first time coming on Friday very beautiful place and the food was so tasty and the drinks were so good. The people so friendly bartender were fabulous definitely coming back.

  • Jeffrey White, MBA #nonqmansweman

Cool place, great burger. Showever, im still stinging from our waitress, Jennifer? Who slips an extra $2 per drink premium without saying a thing. BEWARE of sleazy service.

  • Josian ジョジアン

Great for office or birthday parties. You just have to make sure to reserve a lane if you want to party at busy times. Always having a great time here. Highly recommended.

  • SUPERSTARRRRR1

Had my Nephew's 6th birthday party here this last weekend. Our waiter/attendant, Christopher was very friendly, attentive && knowledgeable of food && beverage choices

  • Clair B

I enjoyed myself with a good friend. I had a Long island ice Tea and it was on point. We bowled a few games. A really good place to chill with your girl or friends.

  • John Villanueva

100% recommend. I celebrated my birthday here and everything was awesome. Food, service and vibe was great. I’m very picky so this is an honest review I’ll be back

  • Eric Campbell

Excellent service? Well priced food? Upscale atmosphere? Viral videos playing above the lanes? AND BOWLING? This place delivers what it's meant for, good times.

  • Denice Todd

We went for cocktails and a quick bite to eat, before the concert. The lines at the other food establishments were LONG. There was no waiting at Lucky Strike.

  • Ashley

First timer and I had a blast it's really like a club lol didn't like that there was only one bar tender it seemed overwhelming but he handled it like a pro

  • Hannah Riddle

I attended a networking event that was hosted here. Appetizers were tasty and easy to eat while bowling. There is a great selections of drinks, too!

  • Regina Jurczak

BEST place to watch football! Food is DELICIOUS! Bartenders are even better! Great deals and total worth it. Can't watch all the games but enough.

Amusing picture of this Epic Mickey style poster. Menu was good. The lighting was dark inside, made a date night feel no complaints there.

  • Ra Wild

Great atmosphere with excellent staff and booming DJ, the food was also a hit. This is a place to come just to hang out ...I will be back
