Bought a car in July 2017 rang a few hours before we collected to see if it was ready and was told it was, when we got there the front passenger side tyre looked low but thought we would pump it up when we got back. We drove off and the drivers side tyre blew out on the motorway (this side off the car was parked very close to a fence when we picked it up so couldn't see if it was low) After a few days of driving it around white smoke started coming out of the exhaust so took it back and asked them to sort the passenger tyre as it had a slow puncture we found out and see if they could get the glove box open as we couldn't and sort the smoke out, was told yea well sort it all. 4 days later we hadn't heard anything so I rang to see if it was ready and told it was, (Thanks for letting me know!!) We got there and said is it ok? Some arsey grump in the office said yes and everything had been done so I said I wanted refunding for the blow out which I was told the guy who can do transfers wasn't in and to call him in the morning, well when we got home we found out the puncture hadn't been fixed and the glove box still didn't open, I rang the next day to ask for the money back for the tyre and was told to email him and he would do it later, it's now 3 weeks later and iv not had the refund and he's ignoring my emails even after I sent him a copy of the receipt which he requested. Avoid these cowboys who have no interest in their customers!!

3 minutes ago very angry Bought a car from these guys in december, was really pleased with it at the time. it was parked up to a fence so never notices the hand painted odd looking trim till afterwards (my Fault for not checking correctly) was told it had 2 keys-( been back several times still waiting now late june). had car serviced which brought up many faults- (maf- egr-ecu- energy accumulator-battery- floor flooding-electrics) all expensive to sort (especially the energy accumulator) booked it into citroen to get sorted to be told they couldnt do it as there was no locking wheel nut. (rang MA said they had it there -SIX MONTHS and never rang to tell me) had to rebook a second time. told MA of all the issues as the car had been into citroen in sept and the owner had been notified of many issue including gears which I havnt yet sorted since I bought in december. he said he wasnt aware of this. ???. lesson learned angry doesn't come close i'm a pensioner and so far its cost me £1300 jo h Jo H Update!!! Bought 13/12/22 5k by June spent another 2.5k on multiple issues now clutch is going and constant engine management light comes on. Response get rid and part exed got £200 for it as wouldn’t pass a mot. Bought a car from a proper garage and couldn’t be happier. Will never use or recommend ever.

My husband bought a Mazda 3 from here. On the way home the front bumper started falling off and had to get recovered by the AA. He also didn't get the V5 green slip, they gave him the yellow slip. They told him that tax would be transferred into his name (which they don't do anymore!) and when we called them to query it we got put through to 3 or 4 different people. When we eventually got through to somebody they advised that they'd sent the whole form off to the DVLA and that the logbook would come through the post. Fast forward a few months of trying to find out what's going on with the ownership of the car and the tax etc and today we got clamped due to no tax on the car and we STILL can't confirm whether they've actually sent the form to the DVLA! If you ask me this garage is full of crooks who pray on inexperienced people and don't give a monkeys once the car has left the garage. I am not impressed and if we still can't confirm with the DVLA that the documents have been sent we will be reporting them.

Stay away! Dishonest sellers and very rude. Went to see/buy a a Ford Focus C-Max, they seemed hesitant at first to even let us test drive, we had to discuss price and give a yes to buy. Then they got the car out. Once on the road, we realised the Cruise control doesn't work, when I mentioned it to the guy accompanying us, his facial expressions changed and tried to get me back to their unit as soon as, he says "I don't know how it works". When I said I Won't buy it because it wasn't working all the workers inside their little office became very rude and abrupt. The service book looked like it was stamped yesterday (car is 10 years old) so I wouldn't trust them. They are selling faulty cars! So stay away.

I bought ford focus ghia saloon car from this place when I bought its air con wasn't working and it was Sunday so all the garages were closed I came from London to buy this car so its difficult for me to take decision to buy or not as Air con wasn't working so i didnt know what the actual fault is but the owner of this place has given me guarantee that anything happen you repair in London and I will transfer you the money and he did apart from that car is amazing I have been using since last 9 months and than I am giving review for this place thank you for your 5* customer service highly recommended .

We bought a Mercedes from m&a which had a very well covered up headgasket failure at the time of purchase and a once again, very well concealed auto transmission fluid leak. The reason we know this was concealed as we had been looking at this car on their site for a few weeks before deciding to view. The transmission fluid was obviously getting topped up so they knew the leak existed as the car would not move out of park if left a few days. Just avoid like we should have done and go to a reputable garage. These just sell scrap. Cowboys taking people's hard earned wages. Awful.

Worse experience of my life . This place is joke.I wouldn’t recommend buying car from here. Guy was rude and clearly doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I’m surprised how they still running the business. Already paid him £200 deposit to secure the car and still demands me to pay another 500 plus reinsurance that we definitely buy the car after test drive. Test drive was no longer than 2 minutes .There was small issues with the car and easy fix, which guy decided not to get it fix as he doesnt want us to buy the car and kept our deposit. These people are scammers.

Went down to view a Fiesta I liked the look of on Autotrader, turned out to be in worse nic than the photos indicated (hence the bargain price!), luckily these guys had a nice selection of cars and I ended up going for a well-priced insignia, nice to deal with, didn't hassle us when we were looking around, usual car salesman routine when haggling over the price but got some money off, nice bunch to deal with - had the car inspected by my local mechanic and exactly as described, well looked after and priced well. Would buy from them again.

I rate this place 10 stars but google only allows me to put 5, honestly from the service, the very friendly staff, the help and advice to the quality car. The car runs and drives spot on and the paintwork looks like new for its age. Also the price was one of the cheapest I found on the web. Couldn't fault the service from M&A whatsoever! Really nice bunch of guys, who don't push you to buy. They leave you to browse and are happy to answer any questions you have. Would highly recommend. We bought a Golf TDI 2007 in great condition. Unfortunately we had an issue with the turbo a few weeks in, but the guys at M&A were happy to cover all repair costs as the car was under a 3 month warranty, and they were eager to ensure the car was all sorted and back on the road. Good service from M & A. I had my vehicle delivered to me which was done promptly after finalising the relevant paperwork. The gents that delivered the car were very polite. I think its also important to state M & A Cars have good after care service as I had a few queries and things that needed sorted promptly resolved. I'd definitely recommend M&A if you want fair prices a reliable vehicle and good customer service. The vehicle purchased was a Vauxhall GTC 2.0 64 plate.

Sent an offer on my eBay ad which I accepted, then he said he would collect the car that following Friday. He messaged to say he was ill so would try and send a courier or collect Monday if he was feeling better. Messaged him many times Monday with no reply. Phoned the landline of the garage to be told he was out and would phone me upon his return. Then all I got was a message from eBay saying he cancelled the purchase... not someone to do business with

Bought a nissan juke no brake pads when I was driving back from leeds nearly tun into back off another car no code for radio also in November my head gasket and timing belt went when I phoned they said good luck providing it and 10 months since getting this car it blew up with my kids and mum in so was stranded, stay away from these cowboys the worst thing is ive still got 4 1/2 years left to pay on a car that was never fit for purpose

Good dealers are few and far between now. My son bought a car that developed a bad oil leak (rear main oil seal) after a couple of days that was not there when we bought it. Within minutes of phoning them the car was booked in and repaired within two days at no cost to me. A pleasure to deal with and a good honest place to do business with. I will definitely buy from them again.
