I have just purchased a used car from SUV Prestige, can I say what a pleasure it has been from start to finish purchasing my car. The sales person I dealt with Harry was excellent, gave me all the information I needed regarding the car I was purchasing and listen to this?! No pushy sales!! something which I hate when purchasing another car. First class from start to finish and the handover was also a great experience. Harry said the car would be valeted and it was gleaming inside and out, could not find a fault. The valeting team there are great, every nuck and crany cleaned, exceptional service all round. The staff I have spoken with and dealt with are a credit to the company! I have never had such a good experience when purchasing a vehicle. Credit where credit is due. if you thinking of purchasing a car, make this your first stop. I am a very difficult person to please when dealing with purchases, but this is my honest opinion regarding this company. One more thing, when I arrived to view my car, a lady mopping and sweeping the floor approached me and asked if I would like a drink, she sorted me out and went back to cleaning the floor, I said to Harry what a lovely person she is and he said, she is the owner!!! Now that tells you something!

I collected my Peugeot 2008 today from this company and both my husband I were extremely impressed with the service we received. The process was very smooth from start to finish and Harry was particularly good at making sure I was happy with everything before we collected the car. When we arrived the car was ready to go and it was in excellent condition as promised. Harry and Owen were extremely helpful making sure the Apple Car Play was working as I haven’t used this system before. The gentleman who completed the handover whose name I forget was also very helpful-clearly very knowledgable and had everything ready and organised. My sister is currently starting to think about changing her car and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to her or any other friends or family. Thank you SUV prestige!

Andy delivered my car Friday. Really pleased with it. Despite it being late on a Friday, he still took the time to make sure I was happy and confident driving an automatic for the first time before leaving. The whole transaction was very smooth. The car was ordered over the phone Wednesday and arrived two days later with new MOT, break pads and beautifully valeted. I placed the order and arranged part ex with Mark who was very helpful and always really easy to get hold of. I took a gamble as I'd not seen the car in person (can't drive far due to a finger injury!) The gamble paid off and the car arrived in amazing condition! I'll certainly be looking here first when I get my next car (not that I can see myself wanting to replace this beaut any time soon)

I have bought a car there today after seen it advertised on auto trader and i am so happy i went with Suv Prestige to purchase it from, I was met by a very friendly sales man called Harry who was so polite and welcoming and showed me everything about the car with patience. Top man Harry thank you for everything. Then after i made the payment another very friendly guy called Andy did all the handover of all the paperwork and he made sure that i understood everything about the car before i signed all the paperwork. All i want to say is thank you very much and again i am so glad i bought my dream car from you guys. Your boss should be very proud of you Harry and Andy.

Not good. I’d be wary. Bought Black Discovery Sport Reg PE20. Had engine light on. Promised a repair but they couldn’t get the part. Waited three months with courtesy car. Still no part or repair (hmmm). Didn’t get all my money back as I used it for a month with engine light on trying to sort repair out locally-my local dealer told me they could get the part during this period. Wouldn’t trust car if it did have a repair or company as had to chase constantly. They are some way off being a true prestige business. Felt like a fur coat second hand car company from start to finish. Didn’t offer service beforehand and said they don’t accept credit cards.

The sales service was good but the after sales service was excellent. Our new car needed an after sales tweak. The guys who prep the cars arranged for ours to be returned at a time of our convenience. The process was managed by Sam who did a great job of customer service. We were provided with a lovely courtesy car and a timescale for collecting ours. We collected our car as planned, it had been cleaned inside and out and everything in tip top condition. A follow up call the next day to check that all was well with the car was the cherry on the customer care cake. Great experience. Thanks guys. We would definitely do business with this team again.

I bought a Nissan Quashqai recently from SUB 4x4 Prestige. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to test drive the car before making my decision to but. No sales pressure at all. When I got the car home I found that one of the keys was faulty. I contacted the showroom and was directed towards the after sales team. The faulty key fob was collected, repaired and returned within a few days. Communication was good and both Dean (Sales) and Ben (After Sales) were great. I would recommend this dealership.

I have recently purchased my new Peugeot 208 GTI from SUV PRESTIGE. I first viewed the car the day it arrived before prep then visited for a second time after the car had been prepped, serviced and MOT. They did a really good job with the car. I dealt with Dean and Andy who were brilliant, Dean went above and beyond to trace back the car’s service history as this was a deciding factor for me. Andy was thorough going through the sales process and clearly explained all areas. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Great experience for a distance buyer. Sales were great and answered all my questions supplying me with all the details I needed to fully look into the car. They did the work needed to secure the car with no fuss. I was honest in my assessment of my own car that I was part exchanging and they did not reduce it in my arrival so what I had been quoted was what I payed. As it was high milage I took out their warranty for peace of mind. Easy with no fuss especially for a distance buyer.

I was originally buying my car somewhere else and was actually at the dealership! I did a last minute check on the market and saw a car at SP. I phoned up, and glad I did! Richard was fantastic and the service I received was quick, efficient and wasn't full of the usuals people expect when buying a second hand car. The price was great and the vehicle is immaculate. Great experience today visited with my son and his best mate, had a super test drive and the staff have a very trustworthy and relaxed approach. Even though it was busy nothing was rushed or in any way a "hard sell" . Collecting my new BMW 4 series M Sport xdrive during next week.. highly recommended for a visit if you like cars with a difference, good spec, and superbly prepared at a very competitive price

Very good experience. Really relaxed buying experience with no pressure from sales. BMW X3 is in excellent condition and picked it up for a great price. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The after sales was smooth and Andy was very helpful. The car was well prepared and presented. They ensured that the car was prepped for a time that suited my schedule.

From visiting the showroom to collecting the car, all the staff involved were excellent. You are allowed to view cars at your leisure with only a offer of assistance initially. Excellent car, excellent company.
