Dax the guy working the cash is extremely disrespectful to customers. Went to pump gas and they now require prepay at all pumps (never have I done prepay before) proceeded inside he asked me how much and I said $100. I proceed outside and it does not work. Head back inside and he blamed me for not providing what kind of gas I wanted. Proceeded to yell at me when I brought up my concern that he should be asking what kind of that’s a requirement. I’ve never been spoke to by someone in customer service the way this man screamed at me. As a woman I felt extremely attacked by him and I think he is the worst employee at any establishment I have ever dealt with. All other customers agreed that his behaviour was not acceptable. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. STAY FAR AWAY!

Paid for a "premium" car wash, car came out still dirty on the running boards, trunk, and under the door handles. I went into the store to ask for another wash and I was told it was not a car wash problem it was "road film". I have never heard of this. I was then asked to grab a squeegee and use it to wash the car with it before going into the car wash. I told the cashier I have never been asked to "wash" my car using a squeegee before going through a car wash. I did this. Then the cashier gave me a "basic" car wash and told me it wasn't a car wash problem, it was because of road film. hmmm I paid for a premium car wash, the cashier proceeded to argue with me. Not happy with the customer service or crazy explanations.

Rude! Tried filling up at the pump. Wouldn't let me, had to pay cash first. Went to another pump and could fillup. Asked the attendant to turn on all pumps next time. The lady said if I don't like it I, then don't return! Nice attitude and don't seem to care about customers. Perhaps a better solution is to put clear signage saying pre pay that you can see before parking and wasting time. I wouldn't recommend this place or working here. Plenty of kinder places that make you feel welcome, and they don't play games at the pumps. This happened March 15th 245pm. Bad customer service, the lady should be fired.

I had major issues with my pump(pump #7) went in to ask cashier what happened? She said nothing - rolling her eyes. I tried to explain. She interpreted with your just did it wrong! So pump still wasn't working when I went back out. Pushed help button - they ignored me. Pushed again and they made me pre-pay inside. Still trying to get a refund after a double charge. Honeltly staff were so unprofessional and just overall very frustrating experience.Will never use this place again !!!!!

I only go here for getting my car washed for the reason that they’re the best around. It’s touchless which is great and I have never had an issue with my car coming out uncleaned. I have the premium fast pass (you save money with the package deals) and for the $90 getting 10 washes I have no complaints. The car wash app is a good feature allowing me to purchase more using from my phone instead of having to go inside to reload my card. 5/5 definitely recommend.

Worst of the worst services I've ever experienced.... I parked on the gaz pump and went down to pay for a car wash, the guy refused to give me a wash before I take my car away!!!! 1 pm no one there just me. Indian dudez punking ppl and he called me out to fight him.... that was funny ge doesn't know I am a MMA champ... I'll brake his face. My behaved brain let them be stupid and left the scene before I brake all of there bones on spot. Wooorssttttt cx service

This is the best touchless car wash in the area. I have tried a few car wash places and they were not as good as this one. They have a good deal for premium car wash if you buy a prepaid card of 10 washes, it's about $85! So, you get about 40% discount on individual washes. Also, the gas price at this gas station is slightly cheaper than other ones. But I prefer to fill my car at Costco, where gas is much cheaper. I recommend this gas station.

Bad Management. Since they have taken over the place has gone down hill. I said “Belmont Regular” three times they give me Paul Mall. Always talking in different languages in front of customers. Car Wash has green gunk and smells really bad. Why take over a Store and not care?? Previous owners were great. These guys are the worst!!!

Their gas is often a little higher than the stations around. However they're the only gas station in Riverside South so they're good when you're looking to fill up your tank at night instead of doing it on your way to work. The staff is friendly and their equipment always works.

Great service and cheap gas... New coffee machines are actually great. Forget about timmies or McDonald's, MacEwan of all palaces has fresh ground coffee beans (Keurig type ) for cheaper than both places. About $1.55 for mediumand just better coffee and espresso shot is ziiiiing

Very impolite customer service. They do not care about customer at all. I bought their Car Wash card for the Winter. Any time I went there, the Car wash was close. I have not seen such a irresponsible business like them. Do not recommend at all.

If I could give them zero stars I would.... I was going to buy lotto tickets but I wanted use the washroom first . And the clerk refused to let me use the washroom even blocked my way to it until I purchased something (Wich I didn't) Stay away

They don’t care about customers at all. I had an emergency my tire was flat I didn’t no how to use the tire pump the manager said “if you can’t do it I don’t no too” completely ignored my problem. I was so upset had to ask strangers to help me

It took me a while to find the air pump at this location. It's located behind the building where a few small parking spots are located. Pump takes loonies. Please drive slowly here because of the cramped layout and many entrances/exits.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worker there was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I asked him a question he was rude about it then proceeds to charge me $3 for an empty cup I used to patch up a faulty cup I used to pour my slushie! 0 STAR!!

They have an M &M at this location. Thought it would be convenient until I realized from the clerk that they don't honour the sales price at the M & M stores. What's the point? Won't be back for gas carwash or to the store.

Unlike the other gas stations this is compact and user friendly. If they can add a signage and something to prevent people to enter through emergency exist for car wash, it would be great!

The man in the morning is very rude and has very poor customer service I will not visit again and I am in the process of spreading the word on this location Do not visit

No problems here, prices are a bit high. Service is nice, attendants are usually positive. The station closes a bit early, could benefit from opening a bit later.

Purchased a pre-paid car wash card for this location and the wash has been out of service more than once recently. Great customer service from MacEwen though.

Their fuel prices consistently beat others within a 15km radius. However, you'll need to prepay inside the convenience store before pumping.

River road THIS ROAD IS NOT A RIVER... normal pavement as far as I could fuchs with fammy. Gas or whatever ethanol laced hunno prommy.
