Bought a 2009 Honda Accord from them 2/09/21 in evening. Power steering was hard and I trusted them when they said only needed power steering fluid so picked vehicle up next day 2/10/21. That evening after picking up vehicle engine knocked on idle and all lights came on. I reported problems and initial response was no refund of $1500. I’m a disabled veteran and God has always provided for me. I returned vehicle this morning 2/11/21 so they can use the money they kept to repair and sell to someone else. Store credit is not needed and thankful they approved me with $1500 down payment. Be careful and learn from my mistake.

Really nice people...got a car that I was very hesitant on after a few days the car got rear ended and had to be totaled. Then we found out it had been reported stolen 6 months prior to us buying the vehicle. Which held up getting our title receipt for 7 weeks. So it'll be another 3-6 weeks till we get title from austin. Please check back ground of the vehicles before buying!!! Other then that the cars are good and nice people.

Came here with low hopes of a long week of being turned down due to credit issues n such, well let me in lightened you all I recommend you come by n c thier selection in cars, suvs, luxury viechcles and trucks friendly n very helpful that not only did I purchase a dodge avenger but also purchased a nissan maxima great deals n good prices for everyone...

Please do not buy vehicles from this place they practically sell you vehicle over the kelly blue book value, and make you sign a contact as is with high mileage knowing there will be issues after word. PLEASE READ YOUR CONTACT***** THEY SELL WORTHLESS VEHICLES with high interest rate n WILL TAKE A LARGE DOWN PAYMENT. DONT DO IT RUN!!!!!!!!

We had planned to rent a Uhaul here. We were scheduled to pick it up at 10am and by 10:30 we were told the person who unlocks the trucks wasn’t gonna be there for another 30 minutes to an hour. We ended up canceling the rental and going to another Uhaul store. Very unprofessional and pushed back our moving day by over an hour. Ridiculous.

This is the worst place to get a vehicle. My daughter purchased a car here and paid it in cash. She drives it off the lot and it stops on the highway. They refused to give her money back. Finally 2 MONTHS later she gets the car back and the next day it’s make noises. Stay away from here! This place doesn’t deserve one star.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Trust me. I had a horrible experience. I put $3,700 down payment and car broke down. There were more issues from March til now. Now im back on the bus with my 3 year old son! Terrible place. This place has to be investigated for fraud. I 100% sure they are scamming people.

Very unprofessional!!! I definitely would not waste time checking out this lot ! All cars have issues , also not willing to work with you but definitely will to waste all your time !!!!! Much better lots around sa !!! Also they lie to your face !!! Regret Even going to see them !

Lee was a great salesman and I felt comfortable with him luckily I had a weekend to rethink and realize they do a bait and swap they're not trying to sell any cars on their lot trying to make you go over your budget and and sell cars from other Lots

I love my car, Louis was great, everyone including the mechanic were very helpful. Any issue i had after leaving the lot they fixed right away. I left happy and satisfied, would def recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!

My son bought a car from here, SCAM.. Stay away from this lot! Run before they take your money.. Car was worth 3,000 he ended up with a 11,000 bill.. Monthly payments ridiculous..

I bought a car there and have had nothing but problems. I've spent over $2,000 to get a $3,500 car where it will run correctly I will never buy a car there again.
