Ok, its Christmas week, my front door handle decides to fall off and I am worried I cant get in or out of my apt (should I wish to during lockdown). The agency I rent from are all on holiday with no emergency number (not that they ever come back to me anyway). Damsel in distress I call Dee Why locksmiths who have a voicemail saying call"this' number and so I ended up speaking to Greg from Manly Locksmith who warned me of the excess charge the rental agency might not want to pay and asked for photos of the problem door (the only entrance and exit door). To ensure my safety he helped me fix it myself over the phone ... also taking into consideration COVID restrictions. I have to say that I am unbeliveably impressed with the customer service and consideration of the and my current circumstances. Honestly, lifesaver! This AM I grabbed my winter jacket , handbag, and walked out the door. The pico second before the door closed behind me I realized that I left my keys inside and had just locked myself out of the flat. What a day , really. Called the Manly Locksmiths and approx 40 min from the call I was able to get in again. So grateful! Fantastic service • fast and on time service • good price • no hassle. Initially called “$45 call out Mobile locksmiths” which was a disaster - whose only suggestion was to drill out the lock. Decided to speak to Shane at Manly Locksmiths - who sent Greg. Greg took less than 2 mins to open the door, remove the internals, fix and make up a key - problem solved!! Brilliant. Will always go locally to Manly Locksmiths! 10/10.

Greg saved me today. I locked myself out of my apartment without my phone or even shoes on! Thankfully a neighbor helped me to call Manly Locksmiths. Greg was at my place within 15 minutes on a Sunday! He also, as a courtesy, fixed our lock which never functioned properly. Very professional and helpful, highly recommended!

Horrible experience. Couldn't follow instructions. Didn't clean up metal shavings. Left them for my 10month old baby to find. Acted defensive and used his body like a bouncer to stop me supervising the work.
