Great that we now have a post office at Manor Lakes.The staff are fantastic as they go out of their way to help you with great service and nothing to much for them to help you and as an older person it saves you the hassle of going into Werribee or Hoppers Crossing and trying to get parking.It should have happened ten years ago.

Staff there are extremely unprofessional, on post website, they said bring physical if or digital id, which means digital id will be allowed while collecting a parcel. But they said must be physical which really unprofessional, they not even following post rules. The man there very rude and racism

Great service great to have a post office near i send alot of parcels from here now as i dont have to go all the way to werribee. always happy with a smile and not had any issues. Wish they could get more services here though. I dont even think auspost have given them scales yet

Great to have a post office locally. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of greetings cards too. I’d like to see Australia Post provide them with the capability to do the label printing service for returning parcels, like the main post offices do.

Really happy that we finally have Aus post services in Manor lakes, this is seriously beneficial. I do however wish the store was bigger with faster service, hopefully they move to a larger store. Definitely a plus having postage abilities though.

So convenient for the little postage things and especially when it’s the only message you have to go out for. Location is perfect. Also great for big parcels to drop off to if not home! Can’t rate it highly enough. Friendly, helpful staff too!

Very happy we have the CPA in manor lakes much needed service and going to the next closest one can take up to 20 mins in the local traffic. Move services added would be great if there is no plans of a post office in manor lakes any time soon.

Manor Lakes CPA makes collecting parcels quick and easy. Staff are efficient and friendly. Good to have a post office close to home and easy to collect from, which minimises parcel theft from items being left unattended at home.

Staff are friendly but the services are limited. You can't get anything weighed ie; parcels/mail that have own packaging/envelopes. You can only purchase prepaid satchels for parcels. The post office is inside the Lotto shop.

I asked and paid for express International service but was given standard International service (had to call AusPost that confirmed this). I stated this was a very important document necessary for a family member overseas.

Post office at this location is a dream come true. Had a guitar delivery on a weekday. Would have to wait till weekend to pick up. Went comfortably right after work and picked it up. Hope it's here to stay.

Finally a auspost outlet opened nearby, it’s so helpful to have it at the shopping center, don’t have to drive to auspost shop to just for picking or posting a parcel. Staff has been very helpful too

Worst experience ever have at any auspost outlet. Don't even want to look at the collection note left by postie who at first place didn't ring a door bell. I wanted to give zero but not possible

Friendly staff and fast service. Great to have a local post office where staff advises you the best way to ship and not just tell you the most expensive one. Will drive down there again

Services are limited .. cannot send parcels as their printer is not working and asked me to get a print out of the label. They should have minimum services up and running on busy days.

Very convenient location. Close to home. I dont need to travel 8kms to access postal services. Staff his also nice and very helpful. Hope they get full licence soon.

The shop may be good for lottery but not good for post office. Make sure none of your parcels go here as you will only be dealt with unprofessionally

So good to finally have a post office in wyndhamvale. Helpful and friendly staff. No need to travel into a congested Werribee to post and collect.
