I stayed here for 24 hours along with my wife and two kids. Overall it is good. We reached there at 9 and had to wait 2hours for checkin. They asked us to wait as all rooms are dirty after check out. They kept on saying please wait 15 min and again 10 min until 2hrs. Keeping waiting even after booking felt very unproffessional and rude. They allowed us to use staff wash room, which i appreciate. Rooms are good. ₹ 2520 incl tax. They provided extra bed for my child at ₹1k extra.  Bathrooms are little old looking. Bathroom door frames are damaged. Bathroom door lock was damaged. Room service was very good. A/c was good. TV was there. 2 small bottle water were provided. Kettle, tea & coffee pwdr all were there. Soap, shampoo, brush etc were provided. No towels. Room had shelf and locker. We had complimentary breskfast. It was good. Restaurant staffs are very good.

Absolutley filthy, floors dirty, bathroom looks as if it has not been cleaned in years. As soon as the elevator doors opened, you were greeted by fake grass carpet that reeked of rancid cooking oil. The carpet was no longer green but black. Walls dirty and one can see remnants of whatever goo ran down the walls. The cherry on top of this bio hazard were the glue traps left on high shelves to catch those pesky rats. The only reason for staying here is if you are traveling by rail. It would have been more hygenic if we slept on a bench at the train station. We would have looked for other lodgings however the nonsense G20 was happening so any decent lodging was totally overpriced/full.

Had a naming ceremony function (April 2023) and experience was worst. AC was not effective for crowd. Welcome drink served after 30 mins and was only Served after repeated ask and had told for 2 types of drinks but served 1 until we mention them we had asked for 2 types. Coming to lunch which is important part, rice and fitters was not cooked and one elderly uncle made a big issue out of it which made the server realize and make changes (damage was already done). Paid 600rs per plate and the experience what we got was not worth it. Also place is under renovation so 1 bathroom was locked and hand soap and sanitizer (basic need) was not available had to be requested. If you want to enjoy the function and not have burden to monitor then don’t even think of this hotel

We booked for three weeks back. Reach the hotel for check in. Mr. Gulab the desk person told us that there is no booking against our name. We told him to provide the female staff who took our booking. He didn't share the number and told us that he can provide room but the tariff what he quoted is 1500 more what the lady staff quoted. We moved out and checked into another hotel. The next day the lady staff called and asked why we didn't check in. Told her the entire story. She shared the booking details as well.

BEWARE ...Gave a room which was not cleaned after last guest . Was shocked to see receptionist sitting in the night giving such a room. Complained (the Gus at reception had the I don't care attitude) , and then gave a room which had ac not working, toilet , wash basin taps in broken condition. Next day morning receptionist and staff at restaurant tried to put the previous guests unpaid bill to our name and tried to scam and waste our precious time. A V O I D .... AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST ....

We had a Business Meeting in the Hall & I am really should say that it was a wonderful & Big convention Hall & a very supportive staff & very easily accessible to Railway Station Metro Station. A great place for Marriage Events as it has more than 50 Rooms so I think more than 100 people can stay at the Venue.

the rooms were not worth the money. the service was extremely poor first day no brush, soap or towel were provided. the room had a pungent smell. the tv set top box was not reacharged, the bathroom had the worst draining system. after bath the water would stay there for 10mins. we cannot use the bathroom unless the water is drained. the fan was so bad that if you switch it you can see it shaking and would be ready to fall any minute. the room service did not come to clean the room for 2 days. it was a very bad experience

The main attraction of the property is its location, ot js just 5 min walkable distance from SBC , the property looks fine from outside and reception is also good, but the rooms are stinky and bathroom fittings are of poor quality. If you are opting for a night stay to catch a bus from the majestic terminal or a train from sbc, then it is a nice option otherwise you can skip.

Near by railway station and opposite to Majestic bus stand. Nice big deluxe rooms, good choice for family stay. Hotel is well maintained, house keeping requires improvement. Breakfast tasted good with basic items served. Overall, had a pleasant and happy stay. I would suggest Manpho Bell as first option for good stay near by railway stay and ease to commute via bus / metro / railway station / auto/ cabs. I had a very bad experience with this hotel, I stayed for 2 nights, room was okay but their taps were leaky and the hot water tap lever was not working ..even after informing at front desk...over phone they didn't do anything...lastly one room boy helped me with coiled electric heater on 3rd day morning ...horrible it was... I might not prefer to come back next time.

Hotel rooms were very bad. There was no towel or any other supplies provided.There was no hot water. Bathroom was pathetic and smelly. Front desk was not at all helpful. Even the room keys were not working and we had to change it thrice. Corridor and lift was very dirty like a public restroom. Prices are highly over rated for the amount of facilities available.

Located just next to KSR Bengaluru City station. I was hunting for a decent and silent restaurant for lunch, after walking few hundred meters I found this hotel whose restaurant was on the fourth floor. The restaurant was clean, quiet and spacious with ample sitting. I was attended by a well spoken waitress. I ordered North Indian meals which good at its price, filling and reasonably priced at 120/-

I don't think it's a 3 star hotel, the bathroom door is not even getting closed , worst experience, don't waste money and time in this hotel. Requested in the afternoon to fix the issue and provided a key in the reception, but it's not fixed by 9pm, one more complaint raised at night, the person simply said it's not fixable.

the room was spacious, clean and plenty storage space and windows. The AC was in great condition. The washroom was clean and spacious. the behavior of the staff was great. polite and courteous. they even let us check in early at 4:30 in d morning though we had to pay extra (600 rs) but they did not make us wait or anything. the loaction is perfect. just 5 mins walking distance from the Bangalore city junction railway station

Located at such a prime location & wonderful building. Rooms were Good but toilets need an immediate attention. If toilets are also paved with new tiles and fixed with modern sanitary fittings, it would be superb place to stay. Hope the management would take serious attention in this regard and make it the best.

It was a nice experience staying there. Neat and clean room, linen etc. It's near railway station and bus stand, in the heart of the city. Only rule is they shut the door of parking area at 9:30 pm which makes it difficult to carry luggage to the lobby. Else everything is fine, courteous staff. Safe for family, solo and female traveller. Highly recommended.

Attended a wedding reception here recentl. Hall is decent, but the gents toilet was very badly maintained. The dining area is in the first floor and the taps for hand wash were not working properly there. Overall an average place.

Very beautiful hotel i’ve been stayed in, the food here was good ,the stay here was comfortable ,the staff is nice and the location is perfect just a mins away from banglore railway station!

The first impression was very positive. Liked the service rendered by Rini and Pinki. They made us feel at home . Very good job! Sure that the remaining day's stay will also be good.

Poor behaviour front front office staffs. Unprofessional... Does not deserve to be in hospitality industry.... No proper cleaning of rooms... Dirty rooms provided

Opposite to majestic bus stand, metro, near to railway station, rooms are ok and wash rooms r old and in my room water was leaking from terrace .

Bathroom not in good condition. Water took more than 20-25 minutes to seep through the hole in Hand wash basin. It was becoming a pool of water. I saw small cockroaches roaming around.

It's Ur Bell to Bengaluru ... it's Main hotel/ Motel for all occasions. Huge space & very good parking space ... Main Landmark

It was pleasant to find the hotel with all necessary facilities with proximity to station as the vital point of importance.

They have collected 800 rs for 2 hours prior early check in.. that is too much, Room fan has some noise..rest all fine
